Huge Rooms, beautiful building, ideal location
Pros:

Enormous rooms in a beautiful historic building, I couldn't have been happier with the location either

Cons:

Some of the corridors looked a little tired

3 out of 5 stars.
Pros:

While the location is fantastic, the rest of my stay was a mixed bag, earning a 3-star rating out of 5. Upon arrival, I had to wait 10–15 minutes at an empty reception desk before being checked in. However, once the staff appeared, they were helpful and even provided a complimentary breakfast voucher. This was a kind gesture that I truly valued and enjoyed.

Cons:

The windows were quite dirty, and the room felt dated. Although the housekeeping team clearly did their best, the aging carpets and worn furniture gave the space an inescapable sense of being unkept despite being cleaned.

Was a lovely hotel and would stay there again and recommend
Pros:

Very attractive and comfortable. Front desk and bartender were great. would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Bathroom a little scary getting in and out of the tub. And towels were a little worn, considering the quality of the hotel. Your valet and parking system leave a bit to be desired. Was a lot of confusion about the valet payment and how to do it on your phone, etc. not a smooth operation or program.

Great experience
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ashton in downtown. The staff was very helpful for anything that I may have needed to include the valet. My vehicle was ready to go every single morning waiting on me. The room itself is very nice and inviting.

Historic Romantic Getaway
Pros:

We stayed at The Ashton for a night in Ft. Worth for the Bailey Zimmerman concert at Dickie’s Arena. We are from Dallas and wanted a quaint/historic place to stay to enjoy a romantic night after the concert. The GM and Asst.GM Jackie greeted us as we arrived and upgraded us to the Presidential Suite upon our arrival. We had the best service from the moment we arrived! The Ashton was a jewelry store on the 1st floor back in the day (Haltom’s) and the original Ft. Worth Club. I felt like I had gone back in history. I was able to relax with my husband in the Jacuzzi tub and enjoy the spacious room for a small getaway. I am very grateful for the staff at The Ashton Hotel! Thank you.
