Good location….on the sea front and early check in was a bonus !
Room was quite hot….no air con.
The room was spacious and with a good temperature, beds were really comfortable.
The iron was not that good, we couldn't iron shirts properly.
So called free WiFi did not work at all which in this day and age is terrible- I had to go to the holiday inn next door to get on line!!

I like Brighton lots of shops good value for money.
Our hotel was just about to far along for us, lots of walking!
Location perfect. Staff very helpful. Limited parking, close to hotel but only a few spaces -we were lucky and got one.
Rooms v basic. No air conditioning and temperature in room was hotter that outside. Small double bed and a decor v tired.

The hotel is situated by the beach which is a nice view to wake up to. The staff were friendly
There was some creaking noise when you walk on the floor of the room and the breakfast was quite basic. i couldn't get an omelette because all that was there was scrambled eggs, no compromise.
The location was great for walking out and visiting around Brighton. Rooms were simple but clean, with all facilities needed.
Some small repairs needed but mentioned to staff and said maintenence would attend.

The hotel was right on the beach and a ten minute walk from the Brighton Centre, where graduation ceremonies were taking place. The room was a comfortable size. The staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly.
There was no fridge in the room and no water bottles, which I really missed, having trawled from the railway station with my wheeled case, in a heat wave. It would also be nice to have sachets of 'hot' chocolate for those who don't drink tea or coffee.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need was in the room, as well as complimentary toiletries. Which are very helpful if you have forgotten something.
For us with limited mobility it was a bit far away from the main pier and shopping area.
The hotel was convenient for our purpose, it was clean and tidy.
We checked out and left our luggage in the luggage area and went for a walk along the front before needing to come back collect out case and order our taxi. I went to use the toliets whilst awaiting collection only to find i couldnt as they are key coded like the rooms and we had checked out. Now whilst I appreciate that the hotel doesnt want anyone just coming in and abusing the services, the toliets are not obviously signed for anyone just walking in to see. Luckily a fellow guest used their key to let me use them as this would of ment me finding a member of staff when time was short.
