Pros:

Location is the only good feature

Cons:

Hot, no AC and they put us in a basement room and we had to ask for a fan. Front desk was not very polite

Friendly great value bechfront hotel
Pros:

Really helpful and friendly staff. Beachfont location
Fresh clean room and bathroom We came back very late and there was a member of staff which I always find reassuring

Cons:

It was a very hot weekend a fan in the room would have been great, especially as room was top floor. Didn’t see a phone to call reception

Non so come faccia ad essere possibile nel 2026 avere determinati prezzi e offrire un servizio e struttura del genere. Arrivati in hotel la ragazza alla reception ci ha indicato la nostra stanza…dovevamo seguire le indicazioni per andare in bagno per scendere al piano sotto terra, passando sempre in corridoi caldi e puzzolenti di pipì. La stanza era sotto terra e per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato non è accettabile. Inoltre, il corridoio era pieno di roba sporca delle altre camere che le cameriere stavano pulendo, inclusa la spazzatura. La camera era standard con la moquette (che sarebbe da bandire nel 2026), con una finestra semi rotta che non si apriva del tutto. Non credo debba aggiungere altro…

Poor for a Sheraton
Pros:

Convenience to Brighton beach and leisure facilities, but expected better from Sheraton

Cons:

An old building with one small 4 person lift. With the room on fourth floor it was a bit of a trek with luggage. Imagine if we'd bern on the 7th floor!
Bedroom was clean and only just about adequate. The bed was comfortable enough but otherwise there was only a bare minimum of other facilities.
No A/C and the room temperature overnight hardly dropped below 30C with no fan option. Both bedroom and bathroom windows had lock limiters on them and would only open about 3 inches maximum.
Toilet seat faulty, no loo brush and while the shower worked well it was over the bath with a flimsy plastic curtain. There was soap, shower gel and shampoo in dispensers but the ones over bath were not easily accessible.
Breakfast was edible but the choices were not great and considering we paid a duscounted price of over £150 for a one night stay the experience lefy a lot to be desired. In fact overall the level of the facility was a bit of a sorry joke and I wouldn't be returning.

Disappointed 😞
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

Rooms not comfortable ( deluxe room with see view )
Toilet not flashing properly,toilet loose ,curtains broken.
Fan making horrible noises asked for a 2nd fan no replacement on the hottest day of June.
Found bugs crawling in bed .
Poor shower ,water pressure next to nothing.
In the morning breakfast was poor,no food , tables dirty no where to sit .No hot food ..no hot or cold drinks.
We had a slice of toast with butter ( we had paid £14 pounds each me and the wife for a slice of toast.
We've stay so many times , over 6 times this year already, but im afraid wont be staying again .
Really disappointed.
I wont be putting pictures but if you need to see those pictures dont hesitate to contact and I will be more than happy to send them to you .
