It’s an okay hotel for a quick stay
Cons:

It was out the way for me. The parking lot was full but there was parking further back which it’s dark at night walking to car.
There was a rude man who turned off the lights while I was having dinner in the dining area. I asked reception if we can sit there and she said ok but 9pm is quiet time. It was approx. 820pm. The dining area was dark and we asked if the lights could be turned on. I was eating dinner with my young children no one making noise or chaos and this guy comes and takes the lights off. I got up and said we are eating and you took the lights off. He was very rude. Tells me if there isn’t enough light I think referring to light in another area but where we were sitting was dark. It was a ride and unwelcome place. He refused to give his name and even had his work badge flipped over so you can’t see. Why hide who you are if you are doing your job? I never had su h an experience. I would never go back there. It’s an unpleasant place and gloomy. My kids did briefly use the pool and the reception was courteous. In the middle of the night I needed an extra blanket and went to the lobby and the gentleman went and got it. There was nothing extra in the room but I am glad he was there and got it. Wasn’t a pleasant person but definitely not rude. The man who took the lights off was awful.

Cons:

Hotel reservations was canceled without notice, got to the property just for them to tell me it was canceled. A heads up would’ve been great. The receptionist was not nice either.

Cons:

la salle de bain et la moquette douteuses. Petit déjeuner dans du plastique bof bof pour un étoilé, et salle du déjeuner les tables et chaises sales et en manquent .
Ne parlons pas d’état de la piscine. Pas de distributeur d’eau. Attention 85$ en plus par jour si vous avez un chien

I stayed in room 318 & the bed was HARD & there was a plastics cover on the mattress that was noisy … as a pregnant woman i was highly uncomfortable and upset

It was good for the price.
Pros:

Every day I woke up from the bed with a headache. The pillows were the worst i have ever slept in.
My bathroom had hair on the bathtub and on shower curtain.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing along with the costa coffee

It was really good, the space in the room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing!

Pros:

Pretty standard IHG Hotel

Cons:

They charged hefty $150 for pet fee which was awful. Usually this fee is around $50-$75 but paying $150 for pet fee is awful. I would not recommend to anyone stay!
