Cons:

Overall the rude and unhelpful staff especially the manager was unacceptable. Would never stay there again simply due to that. The $209 hotel ended up being 389 at checkout with no viable explanation.

Not bad for a last minute short stay, sucked the prices was increased for the US open.
Pros:

Availability- plenty of open Parking - Clean sleeping area.

Cons:

While taking a shower, the water did not drain. Only one wash cloth.

This is a Booking.com issue. But they charged me an additional $70 for on site parking and it was plenty of open parking with no controlled or enforced parking.
