No me gusto la falta de claridad en la reserva . Cuando llegue al hotel me informaron que la habitación que había pagado era un airbnb y por ese motivo no podía ingresar antes a la habitación.
Por otro lado las fotos de la publicación no coincidían con la realidad. La habitación era fria, con un olor raro, con humedad y la canilla del baño sin agua fría. Tal fue la incomodidad que me tuve que ir a las dos horas de haber ingresado. Me quise contactar con la persona y atendía un contestador automático. Gracias a la recepción del hotel pude resolver. Muchas gracias Matheus, hiciste que la visita sea un poco mejor.

Pros:

Está a 1 cuadra de la Av Paulista, queda céntrico a muchas amenidades: cafés, supermercado, centros comerciales, etc. Estás en el corazón de la ciudad. En cuanto a seguridad del sector, también nos pareció bien. Sobre el alojamiento, la relación precio calidad andaba perfecto. El servicio de aseo era impecable y puntual, lavamos nuestra ropa (servicio de cobro extra) y no tuvimos ningún problema.

Cons:

El desayuno estaba bien, pero faltaban opciones para personas vegetarianas/veganas, como por ejemplo leche vegetal o yogurt vegetal. En nuestro caso, no comemos lácteos, y eso nos hizo quedarnos fuera de parte del menú del desayuno.

Funcionária sem comprometimento com o trabalho!
Cons:

Da funcionária do restaurante - café da manhã! Desatenta, sem comprometimento com o serviço, no celular e nada simpática! Pedi que ela fizesse a reposição de colher para o café. Além de não falar bem a língua portuguesa, pois ela deve ser japonesa ou chinesa, não se prestou a resolver o problema ! Simplesmente, ela não se propôs a resolver o problema e ficou ao celular ! No mais os demais funcionários super atenciosos !! Vi até uma funcionária resolver um pedido de uma família, que a menina queria ovo cozido e foi prontamente atendida!!

Buenas localizacion y relación precio / beneficio razonable

La Internet es muy lenta! Para usar algún app en el tv habia que pedir autorizació

Si bien hay un restaurante, si se necesita añgo hay que ir y comprarlo abajo, pagarlo porque no lo cargan al cuarto.

Ótima localização, fica a uma quadra da Av. Paulista. Quarto espaçoso e cama confortável.

Cons:

Café da manhã muito simples para um hotel 4 estrelas, não havia variedade de confeitaria, sem Nutella pra comer com a panqueca, por exemplo.

O quarto não tem aquecedor, foi fornecido apenas uma coberta fina e como estava frio em SP, não consegui dormir pois passei bastante frio durante a noite. O quarto não tem talher e ao solicitar um para tomar um iogurte foi cobrado o valor de $15,00 pelo empréstimo. Café da manhã sem muita opção para quem não come glúten e doce. Banheiro sujo.
