I was catfished by the pictures, the room key doesn’t work but the staff members were really nice to me

It was in a very good location, the staf was really nice and helpfull.

Cons:

It was not like it shows in the pictures, the lamp of my room was ripped off so I only had 2 light bulbs in the entire room, I felt kind of catfished, the food in the restaurant was expensive and not very good for the price. The Key card didin’t work, every single day of my stay I had to ask the front desk to activate the card to use the elevator and open my room I used it and then it deactivated again it was really annoying and frustrating.

Paguei a hospedagem pelo booking e o atendente não acreditou. Tive q comprovar mostrando o pix feito para o booking.
Tive q solicitar a troca da roupa de cama pq estava molhada quando cheguei.

Pros:

La ubicacion es perfecta para conocer Sao Paulo, a solo una calle de la Avenida Paulista. La zona es tambien segura con varios restaurantes y lugares para comer o comprar.

Cons:

El desayuno estuvo un poco flojo, el hotel es antiguo y no estaba muy limpio en algunas partes de la habitacion.
