Mother's day weekend
Pros:

Everything was amazing. Big suite room and clean. Comfy bed, staff and I enjoyed breakfast. They had a lot of options to choose from. Good location and close to stores, eating places and highway. Very accessible.

Cons:

My only complaint is the toilet in the bathroom....it sits very low to the ground. Feels like a toilet for a toddler or very short person. Other than that all was great.

Pros:

During my last business trip to Charlotte, SC I stayed for four nights at Staybridge Suites Charlotte Ballantyne by IHG. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Partially, the hotel has grown a little bit in the tooth, the pool smell strongly of chlorine and the gym was not that well equipped. Also the breakfast was only mediocre.
Overall, I had a good stay and the hotel was appropriate for my business trip.

Anniversary trip
Pros:

The shape and layout of the hotel was unique to me. The room was spacious and accommodating for all our needs. Front desk was gracious and helpful for our stay.

Cons:

I never like when I have to leave. And I didn't get a chance to use the little kitchenette while we were there. Maybe next time.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel has a nice pool and gym spacious. The hot tub was still out of order, but we were sent a text prior to our arrival to inform us and I appreciated that so it wasn’t a surprise. The lady that checked us in was friendly and nice and also gave our girls a snack for driving 10 hours.

Having been upgraded in arrival we could not have been happier.

Exceptional service and a Comfortable, Convenient Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the level of service truly stood out. Before we even arrived, Madeline texted to confirm our arrival time and ask about our preferences, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the team continued to impress us with their attentiveness. They offered excellent restaurant suggestions that worked perfectly for our plans, and at checkout they proactively reached out to provide an electronic copy of our receipt — a small detail that made things incredibly convenient.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the property was well maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety, and the dining area was kept tidy. The location was also ideal — close to restaurants and major roads, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay.

Overall, this hotel delivered strong value, dependable comfort, and exceptional service. I was very impressed and would gladly stay here again.
