Pros:

The location was convenient to the subway and eateries. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC was efficient and quiet. Breakfast was good. Parking is tight but doable.

Have stayed multiple times and will stay again.
Pros:

Great location. All shifts of front desk were friendly and informative. Proximity to shuttle, bus and metro. Good breakfast. Great cleaning staff.

Cons:

It could use new mattresses. Pillows and bedding were fine.
Showerhead in handicapped bathroom was too high to reach. Also it could use a flat shower, not a tub shower. That wasn’t really a handicapped room.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Location is very central and close to public transport. Many restaurants on iconic Kings street. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Outstanding Staff and Convenient Location
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to help. We were there with a large group for several days and they were eager to meet any needs that came up. Very friendly and helpful.

The location is great. Near many restaurants, historical sites, and shopping. It is a quick walk to the Metro for access to DC.

The hotel was clean, though it is an older property.

Mold problem and i credibly poorly maintained
Pros:

Clear mold problem in the room and they stuck a dehumidifier in there which doesn’t address the root of tge problem. Bare wires exposed on the heater / AC. Decor is beat up and straight put of the 70’s. Wall are thin making noise a problem. Highly rend avoiding. I would find somewhere else right now to stay at but iit seems that there is a preium on hotels this week i. the area.

Great location, old premises, but still a good price/value ratio
Pros:

Pretty good breakfast, but a little (I should say a lot) low on vitamins.

Delightful and convenient

The property is convenient to everything, attraction, restaurants, shops etc. I also especially love the fact that there was a microwave in the room. The staffs are polite and so helpful.
