Buena área y muchas cosas cerca. Buen servicio y buenas habitaciones limpias y cómodas

Cons:

No incluye el parking es $70 overnight pero si buscas alguno cerca encuentras en $35 -40 . Yo pagué $32 en uno que esta atras del hotel y de la ventana de la habitación podía verlo.

The location was the only good thing, it is close to everything and very convenient

Cons:

First of all, there is no room service, which is very necessary, especially given the price you pay for the vacation. In addition, the rooms were dirty; our sofa was very dirty, and the sink was clogged as soon as we arrived. They took care of it later, but it still only worked partially. And there is no air conditioning in the lobby! During a very hot period!

Un bon séjour dans l'ensemble avec un personnel très professionnel, et des chambres très reposantes.
Pros:

Personnel accueillant et très gentil et disponible.
Les chambres sont vraiment bonnes et confortable avec un bon service.
Le hall est bien équipé en TV, en café et eau pour un meilleur accueil du visiteur et aussi du client.
L'hôtel est bien placé en plus, non loin des différents centres d'attraction de la ville.

Cons:

Le petit dej m'a laissé un peu perplexe.

Philly on the 4th 2026
Pros:

The staff was excellent. From the young lady at the reception desk to the gentleman that was prepping our room to the young gentleman at the front door, they were all excellent. I haven't been able to say that in a very long time. Without hesitation my wife and I would love to stay at the Hampton inn Philadelphia City Center each time we travel to the area. My only reservations were the hotel rate for the night we stayed was a little expensive. I understand the events that were taking place would create a reason for the rate change but we were there to visit and experience what Philly has to offer and really not stay in the room. My other reservation is not having any real parking other than valet does not make the choice to stay at this hotel an easy one. The availability for parking, I realize would not be any easy change and we can work around that as we did, but the rate was a little out of hand. I hope the next time we stay there, there isn't a reason to raise the rate or we will regrettably be staying elsewhere.

Cons:

Overall, the parking is a little tough even with the valet parking, which was in itself a little high. The room rate for the single night was also a little high even with the festivities that weekend. The fact that my vehicle was covered with fireworks debris was interesting.

Pros:

Staff was great and friendly. Security was greatly appreciated. The location was great I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The AC was greatly appreciated during the heat wave.

Cons:

Was not the cleanest. Cleaning staff on multiple occasions were sitting on the tables in the hall. The bathroom was rusted and the caulking was gross. Also, having staff and guests smoking right outside the entrance was difficult to walk through.

Good value for money; spacious bedroom, friendly staff, contemporary style, good location.
Pros:

I stayed only one night but I was pleased by the size of my room (2 queen beds), and the style of the hotel overall, contemporary and tasteful.
The staff at the reception was very courteous.
The hotel is well located, in front of the convention center and a walking distance of downtown.

Cons:

the elevators could have been cleaner, but the hotel was very busy with tourists.
