Looks are deceiving
Pros:

The room and bathroom was very nice at first glance but the room itself had an odd odor smell, odd black marks and other stains on the sheets, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned correctly as there was still hair in the bottom of the shower,etc…

Cons:

The front staff was very rude. Other guest would harass us and our animal. When we brought it up to the front desk they did nothing and were extremely rude about it so we checked out early because we kept being harassed when we came to relax due to a surgery I had. The parking lot was absolutely trashed with homeless sleeping around.

Wij hadden een top verblijf in dit hotel.
Pros:

Goede locatie op 10 min van Bart station Colma. Vandaar waren we snel in San Francisco.
De kamers waren netjes en werden om de twee dagen opgemaakt.
Het ontbijt was top. Wafels toast spek gekakken eieren en nog veel meer
24 op 24 gratis koffie of thee.

Lekkere bedden en goede locatie
Pros:

Twee grote heerlijke bedden op een mooie locatie vlakbij Thornton beach en het vliegveld!

Cons:

Het ontbijt was zeer karig en om 08.30 kwam er personeel binnen terwijl we nog sliepen

The staff is very helpfull, always with a smile making you feel very welcome. The hotel is well located

Cons:

I don’t like that they don’t clean the room everyday
Also, nobody picks up the used towels

I asked for adjoining rooms because I rented two rooms and that was not given to me.

The beds were not made each day of our stay and that was a real disappointment.

Fantastic service, horrible accommodations
Pros:

The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Cons:

What made it such a terrible stay were the beds. They were so uncomfortable. I have back issues already, but after sleeping on that bed, I woke up in a great deal of pain. I had a reservation booked for the end of the month, but I won't be staying. Sorry, Hampton Inn.

Denise checked us into our room after a minor snafu. She was highly impressive and most efficient.
Denise is a real 'people' person! Perfect job for her. My overall stay was grand with my family.
