Great value for a room that was in need of repairs compared to other facilities in area

Cons:

Room needed some maintenance-shower rod was about to fall-carpet was coming up at hot tub-water/condensation was around ac unit and made carpet wet_ loose tiles in bathroom_ kick panels under fridge pushed in- lots of cracks and wall damage and floor damage-basically aging maintenance that's not repaired

Very dirty. A lot of moisture inside the room. $250 charge for incidentals and didn't spend anything, yet it is no longer a pending charge.

It was ok stay.
Pros:

The staff was nice and free breakfast

Cons:

The room we have look unfinished and I didn’t see in they policy about the 250$ deposit fee and that to much for a old looking room
