Close to where I needed to be
Ask for top floor end room and got put on middle floor....middle of the hall.They said it was because I booked through 3rd party...tried to book at hotel but cost was $80 higher
This Hampton Inn is always my family’s go-to when we visit the area. It’s always clean and comfortable, and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The location is also great!

There was no body wash in our room to go with the shampoo and conditioner. From what I had read online I thought there would be some so I didn’t bring any with me. Not the end of the world but it was for my daughter who has sensory issues and cannot use bar soap.
No bath gel. The air kept kicking to 70 and wouldn’t stay below that making the room a little warmer than I care for but not the end of the world.
Everything else was great.
The rooms are very clean and beds were comfortable. Had more room than what we expected. Pool was nice and clean.

Facility was very quiet and had lots of activities for guest. Facility immaculate and staff was friendly. This is our new favorite facility near Charleston!!!! Lots of great restaurants and activities in area. Easy to get around in city with your gps.

The front desk staff was so incredibly warm, helpful, fun, and all around wonderful! They made us feel so special and welcomed each time we interacted.
Our room smelled musty. I’m sure it was due to the humidity in the area. I’m sure it’s a constant struggle. Because everywhere was always being cleaned. I think it’s the fact that there’s carpet in the room and the damp environment.
It was super nice but clean? Kind of questionable, knew it was older but finding lef over fair that wasn’t yours find something worth doing again.
We always have issues with this property. Our last stay it was the a/c. This time our shower was broken. We had a three night stay. Katrina gave us a discount on the third day but not the first two…..that stinks. More water poured out of the faucet than the shower head. While the staff is friendly, we stay here every year to visit our daughter. There is always a concert which bumps the price up for the stay and it is not worth it. I was promised extra points into my account which did not happen upon check out. They “get you” at this property. There are only two hotels on Daniel Island. We’ve stayed at both and neither have been a great experience. Nice people, poor experience and dated property. There are no safes in the room. Our small refrigerator leaked water as well. We could not use it…..I did not report this issue but should have as there was water everywhere in the bottom of the unit.
