Hotel bien situado, con desayuno variado y personal muy amable.
Pros:

Camas y almohadas cómodas. Habitación para tres con tamaño suficiente. El personal muy amable. Tienen folletos turísticos en recepción. El desayuno variado y el sitio muy agradable.

Cons:

Que haya que subir por la escalera, pero estábamos informados de ello. Desde el pasillo.se escuchaba a la gente que estaba en las habitaciones, pero desde la habitación ya no se escuchaba.

Trevlig personal, god frukost. Lagom stort hotell med bra läge nära centrum.

Cons:

Rummen vi bokade, 3 st, hade samma beskrivning men det var väldigt olika rum. Allt från ett rum med hall och en köksvarint och stort rum till det vi fick, vi kan säga så att det var inte 18 kvadrat.

Det är sällan jag har vägarna förbi Västerås, men jag kommer gärna tillbaka och då till hotell Arkad
Pros:

En rik och tilltalande frukostbuffé, som innehöll allt jag efterfrågade. Läget mitt i stan, på en lugn tvärgata är perfekt.
Den härliga uteplatsen utnyttjade jag varje dag. Mycket tillmötesgående, trevlig och engagerad personal.
