Mysigt mindre hotell
Pros:

Vi bokade två rum. Ett för 4 personer och ett för 1 person. Det stora rummet var väldigt bra utrymme med två sovrum och ett vardagsrum/enklare kök. Lite slitna utskick och fönster men kändes mysigt. Bra och fräsch frukost. Toppen bra service från personalen i receptionen. Sköna sängar

Cons:

Städning av rummet var lite bristfällig med fläckar på blandannat köksbordet.

Boendets betyg speglade inte boendets kvalitet. Hotellrummets standard kändes enkel. Rummet var lyhört.

Pros:

Vi fick utmärkt service och fick byta från ett "compact" rum till ett större utan problem.

Cons:

Frukost avresedag var inget vidare, kallt bacon och kallt kaffe. Det nygjorda kaffet fylldes på i samma behållare där gårdagens kaffe fanns kvar! Vi påtalade detta men utan åtgärd.

Trevlig vistelse på ett hotell som ligger väldigt bra till för att besöka Västerås.
Pros:

Väldigt rolig frukost med bra variation för alla inblandade. Barnen uppskattade särskilt det relativt stora utbudet av frukt och sötsaker. För min del var det inte minst utbudet av yoghurt etc som imponerade. Väldigt smidig lösning med parkering som gjorde vistelsen enkel att hantera.

Cons:

Har inget särskilt att klaga på. Tycker överlag att hotellet skötte hela vår vistelse fläckfritt.
