Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location
Pros:

Brian Cox and his staff were wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The inn is in a perfect location, close to everything, so we were able to walk almost everywhere. Having a private parking lot was also a huge plus. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Comfy stay with exceptional staff in the heart of downtown!
Pros:

We loved our stay at The Inn! The room was efficient and worked perfectly for me and my husband. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Free parking, free continental breakfast, social hour with a free adult beverage, walking distance to shops and the pier. The Saturday market is behind the Inn each week and fun to check out. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly!! They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Location was great, bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly

Cons:

Bit surprised by how old the carpet and furniture in the room was. I understand the retro vibe but it felt very old, fixtures were rusty. Furniture was from the 60’s.

Pros:

The Inn On Third liegt sehr zentral in Downtown St. Petersburg. Die Innenstadt, der Hafen und das Dali-Museum sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass wir unser Auto nicht bewegt haben. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Am frühen Abend gab es ein kostenloses Getränk und man kam mit anderen Gästen und dem Personal ins Gespräch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir können The Inn On Third uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Comfortable and Clean in a Good Location
Pros:

This is a friendly place in a quiet and convenient location. It is family owned and ran. It is an older building, very clean and well kept. Don't expect your typical hotel room. The room and bathroom are smaller but well appointed. Parking is very convenient and free, a big plus. Also close to a trolley stop and walkable. We didn't join the morning and evening offerings in the lobby area, but it appeared other did and enjoyed it.

The tiny AC unit couldn’t cool my room adequately. I kept all curtains closed and still needed the ceiling fan at night.

Lovely place to stay.
Pros:

We loved the boutique feel of the Inn. It’s an old building so you have to be prepared for this. I thought it was charming-my travel companion thought it needed work.

Cons:

Parking on site and social time with other guests. Great location if the beach is not your destination. We were I town to visit museums and galleries.

Es un Hotel antiguo, pero esta bien mantenido y cuidado, y cuentan con un buen equipo de trabajo, en especial Brian el de la recepción es atento y amable con todos los huéspedes. Muy buena ubicación, es un lindo hotel.

Solo es un comentario para que valoren la posibilidad de mejorar las alfombras de los pasillos de fuera de las habitaciones, esto mejorará mucho el lugar, un buen lugar para disfrutar de unas vacaciones.
