If you’re looking for a genuinely charming, comfortable, and boutique place to stay in St. Petersburg, Inn On Third is absolutely the place to choose. We’ve been lucky enough to stay there multiple times, and I can honestly say it’s the only place we stay when we’re in St. Pete.

From the moment you arrive, the vibe is warm, inviting, and thoughtful—everything feels carefully chosen and beautifully kept. It’s the kind of hotel where you instantly feel like you’re not just “passing through,” but actually enjoying St. Pete the way it should be enjoyed: relaxed, local, and easy.

What truly sets Inn On Third apart is the care behind it. Stephanie and Brian are wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and clearly invested in making every stay feel special. You can tell they put their heart into the property, and their hospitality makes guests feel like they’re being looked after from the start.

Our Go-To Spot in St. Pete - To put it simply: Inn On Third is our favorite—and the only place we stay when we’re in St. Pete. We always look forward to our next visit.

We had stayed at the Inn before on another trip to St. Petersburg for a conference. This is a great location within walking distance of the downtown area. Our room was clean and cozy. Brian was extremely friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a nice glass of wine before setting out to dinner. There is also a nice continental breakfast provided. Additionally on Saturday morning the farmers market is at the end of the parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay. The owners are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good also. We loved the location being close to everything and to transportation. Having free on site parking is also a plus. We will definitely book here again. We try to go to a Rays game each year and this was a good location.

The breakfast in the morning had just the right food items. You can walk almost everywhere from that location.

Brian Cox and his staff were wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The inn is in a perfect location, close to everything, so we were able to walk almost everywhere. Having a private parking lot was also a huge plus. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Great location and friendly staff

We loved our stay at The Inn! The room was efficient and worked perfectly for me and my husband. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Free parking, free continental breakfast, social hour with a free adult beverage, walking distance to shops and the pier. The Saturday market is behind the Inn each week and fun to check out. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly!! They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

The Inn On Third liegt sehr zentral in Downtown St. Petersburg. Die Innenstadt, der Hafen und das Dali-Museum sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass wir unser Auto nicht bewegt haben. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Am frühen Abend gab es ein kostenloses Getränk und man kam mit anderen Gästen und dem Personal ins Gespräch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir können The Inn On Third uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

This is a friendly place in a quiet and convenient location. It is family owned and ran. It is an older building, very clean and well kept. Don't expect your typical hotel room. The room and bathroom are smaller but well appointed. Parking is very convenient and free, a big plus. Also close to a trolley stop and walkable. We didn't join the morning and evening offerings in the lobby area, but it appeared other did and enjoyed it.
