Pros:

The hotel was ideally situated for our needs. We found the staff to be genuinely friendly and helpful.
The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. The temperature control in the room maintained a pleasant ambient level and was not noisy as air cons can be. There was a good choice of breakfast items and the dining staff were also very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Glasgow.

It ok for a nights stay
Pros:

Not far from the main train station, and a good price compared to all the other hotels for a Saturday night, good restaurants close by

Cons:

I wanted to have a meal but they said it’s a one hour to 90 minutes wait but it was empty but lots of good restaurants close by made up for that

First time booked Ibis Hotel although upgraded to Nova Hotel everyone was most helpful.
Pros:

Reception staff were exceptional and gave us an upgrade. Not just your usual upgrade but to a different hotel - Novahotel next door. First time for everything and most welcome.

Cons:

We had nothing that we could complain about.
