Apart from the dislikes, it’s was the perfect stay and I would stay again.
Pros:

Was close to the main city centre of Buchanan street but far enough away to not have rowdy street noise. Easy to get to from the train station, 15minute walk. Fab breakfast! Modernly decorated, clean and all the amenities you need.

Cons:

The noise of the bin men at around 0600 Saturday morning. Bed was very firm, I like a firm bed but this was too firm. The toilet door in the room was hard to open and close.

Good value for money for a short stay
Pros:

The hotel is 10mn walk from the city center. It is also close to many bus stops and train stations. The room is spacious enough, the beds are comfortable and the shower pressure very good. All was clean. The breakfast is ok, basic but decent. The staff was helpful and they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out.

Cons:

The room does not have a tissue box or a bottle of water. There is also no small towel for the hands. The scrambled eggs are left uncovered so they are dry on the top but one can order his omelet prepared on the spot.

Ibis, Glasgow
Pros:

Staff excellent, especially the young man on reception. Think his name was perhaps Daniel? Not sure. His customer service is outstanding.
Peaceful hotel and very good breakfast.
Would come back.

Cons:

Only problem was the website gave address as in Sauchiehall Street. It's not! Walked for ages to find it and had to phone hotel itself for direction. Website needs altering.
