Cons:

Reception took money from my credit card for parking and also $50 on my arrival that was not explained.
I got a text msg the day after I left asking where the TV remote was. I explained that I didn't use the TV just the air conditioning.
The response I got was nothing but disgusting. I work at a hospital for 14hrs a day . By the time I get back to my room I am extremely tired. I don't watch TV I have a shower and go to bed as I'm up at 05.30 in the morning.
I have a copy of the message from the staff member who would not give their name or contact details for management..
I would not recommend anyone to stay here with dishonest staff fleecing money for things that were not taken by myself.
By the way this money was taken on arrival and not after I left as on my card
Never again and am spreading the word through all medical staff not to stay here.
The smoke alarm chirping all night too.

Cons:

Find a giant spider in the bedroom.
Initially when i booked mentioned car parking was included. But i realised that car parking was not included after my payment.
It was not mentioned in the beginning about security deposit. Only mentioned at the time of check in.
Staff was so rude when asked about security deposit and it took 5 days to credit back to my account.
