Location was excellent. Parking was limited and not too expensive .
Coffee was far away. Access to our newer area was treacherous. My wife hit her head on the low ceiling when she reached for the handrail. Our TV was parallel to the bed. It would have been weird to watch like that.
Great location and the staff are lovely. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We have stayed here twice and both times have been a very good experience.

It was directly downtown which was perfect! I could walk everywhere!

Our room was at the far end of the hotel, but it was spotless enjoyable last night in Canada.

Brilliant location in central Banff and easy on-site parking. The decor is nice.
It was very expensive for a room that didn’t have a window that would open and the fridge made noise throughout the night that woke us. We didn’t get told about the protocol for housekeeping and so had to request that when we returned the next day and wanted to rest. Staff didn’t ask how our stay was.

Room was comfortable but a bit dark. There was also some noise from air vents outside room. Used earplugs which were in the room
