Overpriced for what it was
Pros:

The room was crazy loud, I'd asked for an accessible room for my Mum and they put us in a room that was the furthest away from the elevator meaning she had to walk a long way. It was also a corner room facing the street and the room was so loud! It was Saturday and people were being loud and drunk outside of the window until 3am. I should have guessed this was a loud room as there were complimentary ear plugs on the bedside table. Mum can't wear ear plugs so she didn't sleep at all. The rooms, in fact the whole hotel is dark and gloomy, the beds were comfortable and the shower was good but I think the hotel is really over priced for what it is. You're definitely paying for location here

Dissappointing, would not stay again
Pros:

The location was good right in the middle of downtown Banff and easy to get around to the shops, we arrived late on the Rocky Mountaineer and it was easy to check in
