Eu gosto do hotel de forma geral. Acredito que sempre fui bem tratado.

Cons:

As acomodações estão condizentes com os valores praticados. Poderiam melhorar o café da manhã, ainda não vejo um café de um hotel 5 estrelas.

O hotel é muito bom, cama e chuveiro bons!

Cons:

As tomadas não funcionavam, nem as de USB. A TV não baixava o volume e tiveram que trocar. Não resolveram a questão das tomadas e nem me mudaram de quarto.

Prático para quem vai usar o aeroporto
Pros:

Sempre uma boa opção para quem precisa pegar um voo no Salgado Filho. O hotel oferece transporte do e para o aeroporto, o que é um ótimo serviço. O restaurante é muito bom.

Atendimento na chegada e café da manhã

Cons:

Não flexibilidade de checkout e a limpeza do quarto ( chegamos na quinta e só fizeram a limpeza no sábado de tarde após requisitarmos)
