Cons:

My flight landed in Toronto around 1:40 am and got to the hotel and front door was locked. I had to call the fron desk like 10 times and knock the front door almost 10 mins and finally someone came out , acted like I woke him up and bothering him

Cons:

J ai oublié ma brosse à dent électrique et personne ne m à contacté pour me la rendre . Je suis déçu que vos employés gardent les effets des clients . Je vais vous faire de la mauvaise publicité.

Favourite Airport Hotel
Pros:

Excellent service at the front desk, and from the shuttle driver. Super helpful when I needed to book an additional night last minute and got to keep my room. Shuttle driver was absolutely wonderful and on time to the minute! Bed was sooo comfortable, room was clean and I enjoyed the mini convenience store in the lobby. Popeyes and a couple other restaurants you can walk to. My new favourite airport hotel for sure!
