I made this reservation for another person, and I clearly mentioned that while booking. At the time of the guest's arrival, Rotana staff refused to check in my guest, and they made the guest very uncomfortable. After a while they let the guest check in. But when the guest walked into the room, the room wasn't ready. guest walked out of the hotel, and Hotel promised to refund the money.

adjoining 3bed is 3 rooms connected to each other, its not apartment with living room nor kitchen, which was not clear in the photos or the description, very disappointment, not great views, bed mattress are hard
