Great location
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in location and services. It is close to all attractive places in Dubai downtown
Staff was very helpful especially Nour. He upgraded us and solved all our issues. Also sourov was welcoming us

Smoe corners rooms has sound from upper floors drainage
Location of breakfast restaurant should be in upper floors

Great Stay
Pros:

The property is located in commercial accessible area, the reception area is not that big but cleanliness was observed and furniture are properly allocated. The hotel ambiance is good and the reception is very attentive and welcoming. I stayed in room 702, cleanliness and orderliness was observed, the bed smell and the provided towel are well sanitized. The restaurant food was great, lunch and breakfast food was great, I observed that the food was prepared and cooked with quality. The restaurant ambiance was great. I would like to commend the restaurant staff for their welcoming hospitality and also to Ms. Rubie of the reception for handling well the check in delay. It was delayed but contingency action was very appreciated.

Cons:

Only areas for improvement, the property may want to provide rubber stopper below the shower door to prevent the water passing through outside of door. The lighting and signages in parking area may want to upgrade into clearer lightings and legible signages that easily noticed.
