Overall, the hotel was generally comfortable. Felt like it was a good business trip type hotel. Great breakfast.
Room was generally comfortable. Could have used another pillow. Staff wasn’t overly friendly but helpful. Parking and checking in a little difficult. Not easy to park. Hotel has a really small parking lot underground, but not a lot of availability. Was able to park at hotel last night but first two nights it was full and had to find a parking garage far away and trek back to hotel. Hotel located in a more residential area. Not really close to anything especially restaurants and everything closes up early (even the hotel bar for food) except the McDonalds a couple blocks away.
Grundsätzlich war alles ok, Zimmer ausreichend groß, sogar ein Fitness-Raum und eine Sauna wäre verfügbar gewesen.
Ein Problem war die straßenseitige Lage des Zimmers und die sehr schlecht dichtenden Fenster. Der Verkehrslärm war auch in der Nacht deutlich hörbar, wer bei diesem Lärm nicht schlafen kann muss diese Zimmer meiden!

The hotel is not prepared to offer early morning take-away breakfast even though it was paid for and the request was made the previous day. Apparently night staff do not enter the kitchen and the kitchen person needs to arrive in order to deal with such a request.
The evening receptionist was dismissive and failed to offer a solution. The morning receptionist was more understanding but had not prepared anything in advance although she was made aware of our request. She offered fruit and pastrie in the 5 min we had before our taxi arrived.
The hotel has so far ignored my feedback sent by email.

교통이 매우 편리했음.
호텔이 조금 오래되서그런지 내부가 좀 올드했지만, 머무는데에는 문제없었음.
화장실 세면대 물이 잘 안내려가서 좀 그랬음.
Zimmer: Größe des Fernsehers, bequemes Bett.
Lage: hervorragend, direkt am U-Bhf. Harras (Linie U6). ZUdem Haltestelle diverser Buslinien direkt am Hotel. Man war in kurzer Zeit in der Innenstand (Sendlinger Tor, Marienplatz, Karlsplatz, ...)
Frühstück: reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.
Zimmer: Badezimmer sehr klein und ohne leistungskräftigen Badlüfter, extrem kurze Badewanne, Duschkopf dann nicht mal - wie üblich - an der Stirnseite der Wanne montiert, sonder in einer der Ecken - Verrenkungen waren. Auch das - mit großem Durchgang - zweigeteilte Zimmer war im "Vorraum" zum Schlafraum sehr eng: Kleiderschrank, kleiner Schreibtisch, Sessel, Stuhl und runder kleiner Glastisch neben dem Sessel - alles auf engstem Raum versammelt.
Mini-Bar mit einer (!) Flasche Mineralwasser bestückt.
Frühstück: Frühstücksraum kalt und z.T. zugig.
Personal am Empfangstresen: wenig aufmerksam. Bei meinem Einchecken mit Telefonaten, Anlernung einer Mitarbeiterin und so weiter beschäftigt. Es konnten nur ein paar Sätze gewechselt werden!
Personal sehr freundlich und hatten das größte Zimmer 608, der Etage 😁

Die wirklich exzellente Lage und das Frühstück. Auch das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer (# 337) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich (Teppiche sind nicht mehr sehr zeitgemäss) hatte schadhafte Stellen, der Bettdeckenbezug war verschmutzt, die Duschbrause konnte nicht arretiert werden.
Room space
Drive way to parking garage was extremely narrow and hazerdous. Your car may not fit! There are other otions.
