Pros:

Alles
Besonders das die Klimaanlage schon lief, und bei 32 grad außen Temperatur, ein Segen zum schlafen.
Man braucht nur 5 Minuten zur U -Bahn oder S-Bahn die perfekt in die Innen Stadt oder zum Hauptbahnhof fährt.

Pros:

Als wir rausgefunden hatten, daß man mit dem Bus 132 direkt zum Marienplatz fahren kann, war es ideal. Es war ruhig im Hotel und der Innenhof zum Frühstück war auch angenehm. Die klimatisierten Zimmer waren auch eine Wohltat, da wir ja Außentemperaturen von 40 Grad hatten.

Séjour très agréable

Small hotel and located nearby train station, value for money, close to mini and supermarket (dm and Edeka)
Few Cafeshop in surrounding area.

Wonderful place to stay, good transport connections, great breakfast!
Pros:

Great small garden to have fantastic breakfast at, cosy and clean room, great location next to public transportation, generally quiet area conducive to restful sleep

Cons:

There was a bit of confusion in regards to sustainability efforts - you can refuse the cleaning but there’s no sign to notify housekeeping, it’s supposed to be done via reception. After the first night I did ask to skip it, but seems it didn’t get to housekeeping as room was cleaned and the bedding changed. There’s also strange availability of complimentary drinking water in the room - some days it was replenished, some days it was not, and otherwise minibar was empty so there was no opportunity to purchase in case complimentary wasn’t available. My room had a gorgeous terrace with garden furniture but it was impossible to be there during the day as there was no umbrella and it was scorching (it might be due to local regulations on building appearance)

Tolle Lage. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, dank Buseb und Bahnen ist alles gut erreichbar.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Die Ausstattung ist toll- Endlich mal richtige Tassen und Gläser und nicht so Puppengeschirr.
Tolle Beleuchtung beim Wasserkocher.

Cons:

Leider wurde ich bei einer Streckenfrage in die völlig falsche Richtung geschickt, was mir aber selbst auffiel und ich mir dann den Weg aus dem Internet holte (ich buche immer in der Nähe des Veranstaltungsort und sollte nach Angaben des Personals quer durch München über 1:20 h Fahrzeit, dabei ist Der Gasteig HP8 mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ;-) )
Die Badewanne hatte eine fiese Macke, die sehr unschön aussah.
Die Lage des Wasserhahns am Waschbecken, direkt unter der Leuchte, ist sehr unpraktisch.
Leider sind die Leuchten am Bett nicht besonders gut, falls man im Bett noch etwas lesen will.

Für den Preis ein unterdurchschnittliches Zimmer. Würde nie wieder das Hotel buchen oder empfehlen
Pros:

Die Klimaanlage hat auch bei extremer Hitze tadellos funktioniert
Das Personal hat das beste unter den gegebenen Umständen getan

Cons:

Die Karten konnten für das Zimmer über 3 Tage nicht codiert werden
