I won’t be returning to this hotel
Pros:

The property is outdated and room was very small and dark. The toilet was broken and noise.

Comfortable stay with minor details
Pros:

The breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive. Great breakfast, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The air conditioning was uncomfortable because even when turned on just a little, it cooled the room down way too fast. Also, the carpet isn't ideal for hot weather in Munich.

Cons:

Not truly didn't like. But the reception emergency stock (shop?) Could have more varied items in stock - it had like beers and slippers but extra toiletries would help

Well-run hotel, one bad apple
Pros:

Perfect location for a stopover between Paris and Prague. The hotel is close enough to the station to make it easy to catch a train; not so close as to impair the atmosphere. Walking distance to two terrific museums. A lovely room, well-kept, quiet, and comfortable. With one exception, the staff were perfect---helpful, eager to please, knowledgeable. The breakfast was copious.
I regret to have to point out the one staff member whose rudeness upset me, the man who managed the breakfast area. Apparently, he'd called to me to get my room number, and when I didn't hear him, barked at me. I told him what he wanted to know and added, gently but firmly, that he need not speak to me in that fashion, whereupon he became sharper. Someone needs to speak to him.

Everything was perfect

Everything was very clean! The type C and usb charging ports were very useful. The hotel is in a safe area and very close to the central station! The staff was very friendly.
