Pros:

Bar had lekker eetgelegenheden, lekkere bitterballen. Moderne badkamer en goede bedden.

Cons:

De deur van de badkamer kon niet helemaal toe, wat niet ideaal was als je als 2 vrienden ergens overnacht.

Quiet location with about 30min commuting to the city centre
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful. There is always free cool water and ice at reception - this is a major plus. The hotel is situated in a very quiet location away from the city buzz which was nice. Overall the hotel is neat and all our needs were met.

Cons:

The hotel room we stayed in was extremely small. I am a small person and I bumped by knee a few times against the bed when going to the bathroom. The location of the hotel is very inconvenient, it is about 30min travel (including a 10 min walk and traveling by train to the city centre. Although inconvenient, commuting was easy.

Excellent Choice
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, easy check-in process and very helpful, friendly staff. The breakfast was so much more than expected with many delicious options. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room temp even without aircon was cool.

Cons:

We had no no issues at all.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Perfect!
Pros:

It was close to the metro which was easy to get to and a few stops away from Centraal. Staff was accommodating and professional. Room was very clean. Soft drinks were included with the stay which was lovely.

Nothing.

Gran amabilidad
Pros:

Habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Nos trataron muy bien y nos hicieron la noche más fácil. Fue una reserva de última hora debido a una cancelación de vuelo. Todo muy bien.

Cons:

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente para ir al Ziggo Dome, pero el servicio en recepción fue mejorable. Llegamos a las 11:00 muy cansadas y la primera recepcionista mostró poca empatía; nos dejó esperando sin darnos ninguna alternativa a pesar de explicarle la situación.
​Por suerte, a las 13:00 nos atendió Ulysses, quien fue muy amable y eficiente. Nos solucionó el problema al momento ofreciéndonos una habitación superior por un suplemento de 26€. Le agradecemos enormemente su gestión, pero queda el mal sabor de boca de que la primera persona no nos diera esa opción desde el principio para ahorrarnos dos horas de espera.
