I was very satisfied with my stay at Mercure and I would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a great location with views of the city and greenery, close to the centre and very convenient in terms of the distance from the city and transport. Nearby, there is a petrol station (handy for car travellers), restaurants and a train station. All amenities were available in the room and bathroom, and the shower was very nice. You also have access to free drinks in the lobby with a shop that provides snacks, small meals and more drinks, which is available 24/7. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth. There is also access to disabled parking bays in front of the hotel, which is handy for those who need it. Everything overall was very clean, and the room service was great.

Cons:

I had an unpleasant, more unexpected interaction with a receptionist regarding laundry. There were no instructions about laundry, so I called reception to enquire, asking if I should leave it in the room in the provided bag with the information sheet, and I received a response, "doesn't work like that" and that I would need to hand it in to reception. It would be more helpful in future to provide instructions, or if there was confusion, that it be dealt with more professionally.

Although it is widely common in European hotels, I personally didn't like the sliding doors as there were slight gaps on the sides looking into the room and slightly inconvenient in terms of ventilation. With a room of three people, you'd think it would be visible going past it; however, it was not a major issue at all. Overall, the pros outdo the cons.

Cons:

Далеко от центра, но близко к метро. Тяжелые двери номеров хлопали всё утро и не давали спать. Маленький номер.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Great views as we were on 17th floor. Liked the fact we could take 2 drinks per room daily and a bottle of water was provided for the coffee machine.

Cons:

It was over priced mainly because the F1 was that weekend.

Hotel grande, pulito, con ottimo servizio colazione e cena, acqua omaggio e parcheggio auto interno all'hotel.

Cons:

Unica pecca : lontano dal centro, circa 5km, non gestibile a piedi.

Me gustaron mucho los servicios del Hotel y la comida

Cons:

El emplazamiento no me gustó en absoluto debido a que está en una zona alejado de la ciudad sin nada alrededor que no sean hoteles o locales de oficinas y eso dificulta ir a pasear o dar una vuelta por los alrededores, puesto que en la parte posterior está todo súper sucio, que parece un polígono abandonado
