Nice hotel in Amsterdam
Pros:

Room was small, but clean and had everything needed, including a coffee machine with coffee pods. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is in a central and very nice location. Good value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast could improve a bit.

Pros:

Excellent location, very friendly reception staff, but……. i found the hotel im a serious need fo a lick of paint and clean up. The walls were extremely dirty, and looks like it hasnt been painted in decades, the pillows were disgusting , and a huge hole in the curtains. I feel this is a shame as has potential to be a lovely little hotel but again money needs spent on it

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is a cozy and welcoming place with an amazing team.

Even before we checked in, the staff responded to our messages almost instantly through the chat, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They kindly stored our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready and again after check-out until it was time for us to leave for the airport.

The hotel is also in a fantastic location, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy.

運河サイドの客室を選んでよかった
Pros:

旅の初日だったため、まだ街にも慣れていなかったが
出迎えてくれたスタッフが親切で安心した。
運河サイドの客室を選んだところ、
窓の外にアムステルダムらしい美しい景色が見られた。
ただ、その日たまたまだったかも知れないが、深夜まで外から賑やかな声が聞こえていて
ゆっくり落ち着いたステイをしたい人には不向きかもしれない。
シャワールームも清潔で快適だった。

La ubicación.

Cons:

La escalera, aunque insistieron antes de ir si queríamos cambiarnos a la parte que tenía ascensor.Ademas,era inevitable porque así son en las casas antiguas,es parte de su encanto.

Nice hotel, steps from downtown.
Pros:

The hotel is well located near the downtown area and very close to restaurants, bars, bakeries and anything else that you may need in respect to food and drink. The desk personnel were extremely friendly and very helpful when we needed directions. Many attractions are within walking distance, 10-30 minutes. The coffee maker in the room was a welcome touch. The shower in the bathroom was strangely placed as it was basically open to the rest of the room and the entire floor got wet when using it. Personally, I found the bed to be very comfortable although my wife found it hard and said that it hurt her back. It was also placed almost directly on the floor so being 65 and 66 years old we found it a bit difficult getting in and out of it, especially myself as my side was up two steps and therefore lower to the ground than my wife's side. All in all, the hotel is in a great area and understanding that this is Europe, the rooms are small and sometimes strangely constructed. I would still recommend this hotel.
