Pros:

The restaurant and gaming lounge were great. The staff were amazing as well.

Cons:

The balcony wasn't really wide enough to sit on and read or enjoy the fresh air so I probably wouldn't pay for that upgrade again unless I was on a high floor and got a great view in return.

Loved our stay
Pros:

The staff were brilliant, location outstanding. Our room had been renovated and the renovation was extremely precise.

Cons:

There was an automatic fan which turned on when we moved around our room. Not good while one of us were trying to sleep.
