I suggest front desk receptionist be reminded of professional customer service and housekeeping make rounds around the b

Location and breakfast.

Cons:

I did not like I was checked into my room while housekeeping was cleaning it. No internet service upon check in caused poor communication between staff and customers checking in because front desk receptionists could not tell which rooms were ready or not. I then had to wait after I got my rom key for the room to be cleaned.
