Amazing!! Friendly, helpful staff, awesome amenities, clean property, comfy bed.
Pros:

The lady who checked us in, Louise I think, was SOOOO nice and told us everything we needed to know!!! Awesome stay.

Cons:

So the only thing that was “negative” was that there was a beetle in the bathroom this morning. But like that’s not really the hotels fault because everything else was clean and I know bugs just get in EVERYWHERE. I just wanted to let yall know in case you have a pest control guy in case you’ve had other people mention it. Don’t worry though please, I’m not mad at all and it was a great stay.

Kind Staff and Clean, Large Rooms
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The room was so much larger than I expected. It was clean, no smells. The bed was super comfy!

Cons:

Water pressure wasn’t great. No shuttle to amphitheater.

Cons:

I paid weeks in advance. Checked out today and they tried to charge for the whole stay, then charged me another 50 bucks after I already paid the deposit at check in. So now waiting on my $100 refund. Other than that, decent place

That I had reservations for the deluxe suite in June 2006 mind you my trip was in July 2006 and when I called to check my reservation I was told that the room was booked so I ended up with the junior suite

It was sufficient for what we needed, but the room needs to be dried/dehumidified.
Pros:

Room location was good and my special request for assistance handles in shower was supplied.

Cons:

The room was wet/damp. Bed felt cold and damp, so dehumidifier is needed.
