Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt. Die Preise im Hotel sind etwas hoch.
Die Lage des Zimmers war optimal, vielen Dank dafür! Auch das Essen war hervorragend: abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die angenehme Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel, kombiniert mit erstklassigem Service, hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder und können dieses Thermenhotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Great staff (including Sunny, of course), superb breakfast, large, clean and comfortable room with a balcony. The checkout is not too early. Easy access to the spa (full day access included even on day of departure!). Attention to details.
Quite expensive even in low season. Probably used to German-speaking guests mostly, as some info is only available in German (however, the staff does speak English and is very helpful)
