Lovely chocolate dipped strawberries and Prosecco in room pre arranged and paid but lovely touch for husbands birthday..
Service! Room not ready check in from 2pm..we arrived at 2.30pm and got sent to the bar to wait.
No one came and got us when room was ready! So had to wander back down to reception..
Bar service so slow!! We waited 20 minutes for our drinks in the afternoon.
Then again met our daughters at 7.30pm in the bar for some pres as table booked in town for 8.30pm..drinks arrived at 7.55pm so we had to rush them and we were pretty much the only ones in the bar!! 6 staff all stood round having a lovely time! 100% not 5 star service across the board which is disappointing as booked for my husbands 60th Birthday.
