The room we stayed in had many issues. The toilet had to be fixed twice. The door to the refrigerator fail off in my child's had. The staff offered to move us over the 3 day that was to be an 8 day stay but we ended our vacation early due to the problems.

Disappointing
Cons:

The bathtub needs to be refinished and hardware replaced. The stains were pretty gross.
The clock was full of dust and the area behind it was dusty. I expect a room where I’m going to sleep to be clean.

The stay was not terrible.

Vallet/ Front entry - Convenient room location

Cons:

Service at the cafe
Was told there were multiple restaurants on the property.
All of the upcharges
Hot room, it never cooled off. Lights, coffee machine, and electrical outlets not working.
No vent in the restroom and VERY LOW ceilings.
