Localização excelente. Perto de lanchonetes, Shopping Outlet, farmácia e dos parques da Universal. Como não aluguei carro a parada do ônibus fica a 5 minutos de caminhada. Os quartos possuem microondas e frigobar. O piso não é de carpete (ainda bem).
Durante a estadia encontrei duas baratas no banheiro. A devolução do depósito demorou mais que o combinado. O aparelho de ar condicionado e antigo e faz bastante barulho. Algumas tomadas não estavam funcionando. Piscina indisponível. O Hotel está passando por obras, talvez melhore.
Absolutely nothing at all ! The rooms had rust / mold , toilet seat was filthy black permanent maker on toilet seat , rust on lamps , no laundry facilities were ope/ working , pool was closed for renovations was not open , no indication that the hotel was under renovations by booking . Com at all otherwise I would have not booked this at all
Everything about this hotel was an horrific experience for me , I had a panic attack , my asthma was acting up with the rust and mold there , the door did not lock properly

Being renovated everything doesn’t work in the property pool not open, laundry room closed, ice machines do not work. Some outlets in the room do not work.
It was close to universal (we walked there and back) and the room itself was incredibly lovely for the price and location.
The shower was not super great, the water was more of a trickle. And the shuttle and breakfast was suspended and was not mentioned before booking which is unfortunate as I was hoping to utilise the shuttle for Disney.

The room had a musty smell. There’s no way to get up to the second floor other than steps. Some of the outlets didn’t work, like the ones by the bathroom sink

YA QUE TODO ESO HIZO MAS AGRADABLE LA ESTANCIA. ADEMAS SU AIRE ACONDICIONADO NOS PERMITIO TENER UN BUEN DESCANSO. AL LLEGAR OLIA A LIMPIO LA HABITACION. DIARIO NOS HICIERON EL ASEO. EL AGUA DE LA REGADERA SALIA MUY BIEN. Y APARTE LA CORTESIA DE QUE DIARIO NOS DEJARAN CAFE Y LOS COMPLEMENTO DE ESTE.
I mean when it comes to 4 walls and a bed it will do. Luckily we where only in the room for the mornings and when we got back in the evenings. First night I didn't feel safe, was awoke to another very angry guest shouting and from the sounds of it breaking things. I was almost tempted to call the police and front desk. Luckily it was just the first night this happened. If the hotel could maybe look into a major revamp. It will get my business in the future, also idk if it was the hotel or booking.com. The card I used to purchase the stay, had the information stolen 2 days later. Thank god my bank let me know of it and turned off the card. So again not sure if its the hotel committing identity theft or booking needs to update there security.

In remodeling and not completed missing items and construction materials are around some things do not work right.
