I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. This hotel is filthy and not up to Hilton standards. The hot water barely worked in pulsate between kind ofwarm and cold. The room was filthy with hair all over the room and debris on the carpets both in the room and outside. I think the hotel owns a vacuum. Everything in the room was moist and almost damp due to the air conditioner and they said some kind of roof leak. The housekeeping staff stated they are not given time to clean the rooms and I heard the front desk manager speaking to staff, which was very shocking and surprising. The management does not care when you complain and they will not return phone calls on my previous day. I received a huge cut on my leg from a large piece of metal sticking out of the bed and had to get stitches and a tetanus shot. Once again, the hotel staff would not even return my phone call. The night auditor was very kind and came up and saw the injury and the huge piece of metal and also expressed concern about the lack of care of the hotel. Do not stay at this hotel as it is not good and read the reviews on Google they all had similar experiences. I would’ve stayed Holiday Inn if they weren’t booked at the time and was desperate for a hotel. There was no way I thought that it could be this badtwice but this seems to be the standard for this place. It’s privately owned and the management and owners do not care once they get your you are stuck if you book this hotel you’ll be very sorry and have lots of regret.
We booked with a group for volleyball tournament an this is where they got us. The charge per night was inflated, which is antithetical to the hotel’s idea of booking.
The toilet had a hard time flushing
The shower would not drain well at all, so we showered in over 4 inches of dirty water unless we stopped in mid-shower just to let it drain.
The sliding door to the bathroom kept sliding open.
This is by far the worst Hampton Inn I have seen and certainly the worst of dozens I have stayed in.
Please stop being so cheap or lower your rates, because the perceived value is far disproportionate.
Staff was helpful, even though they were obviously aware of the many issues this property encounters daily.
In our first room, the toilet was broke. We informed staff, who worked diligently to find a plumber while we were at the wedding we were attending. When we returned, we found the toilet had been fixed for all of one flush. The staff graciously moved us to another room, where we found out (the next morning) the shower had no hot water. It smacked of a cheap owner with over-worked, and under-appreciated, staff. The staff was great. The owner needs flogged.
Very courteous, friendly
No complaints
The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel!
There is no hot tub even though that's what pictures show. The pool is freezing! Our room legitimately smelled like molly feet and it never went away.
