Correcto en general
No tiene sitio para dejar el coche y poder dejar las maletas. Es complicado ver la entrada del hotel cuando llegas con el coche.
La localisation est parfaite pour la Halle Tony Garnier mais aussi pour du tourisme.
Le personnel est top. Avoir une place de parking sans se poser de question c'est un vrai luxe. La possibilité d'utiliser les transports, c'est parfait.
Tout ce dont j'ai eu besoin, l'accès à la Halle Tony Garnier, la place de parking qui permet un gain de temps très appréciable.
La literie et la chambre en général, très bien. Nous n'avions pas le temps de profiter du petit déjeuner, ce sera pour une prochaine fois. Par contre le tarif reste très élevé pour cette prestation.

Air conditioning was excellent, pol and outdoor area very clean.
Although out of central Lyon we found d local restaurants to be much better than in Old Lyon
Room was small, had to ask on three occasions for a lightbulb to be changed. Choice on restaurant menu very limited and food satisfactory, not as good as I world expect for a 4 star hotel

Novotel mélanger avec l'ibis donc prestations bas de gamme... chambres minuscules. Petit déjeuner très décevant, peu de choix, il faut réclamer pour que le personnel recharge le buffet, nourriture sans intérêt (pâtisserie industrielle, viennoiseries surgelées...) . Bref service, prestations et qualité digne d'un 2 étoiles et non 4 mais très cher. Piscine de la taille d'un jacuzzi, sale, vetuste ...
Tout est était parfait. Mais surtout l’accueil
L’emplacement de l’hôtel était bonne tout proche de la centre-ville gerland
