La ubicación.

Cons:

La falta de higiene, y lo vieja que se veía la habitación, paredes muy manchadas, el baño con azulejos rotos y falta de muebles para tus pertenencias, ni las mesitas de noche tenían cajones. Estuvimos 3 días y para desayunar , no cambiaban nada, los 3 días lo mismo, buffet libre pero aunque sea el dulce cambiar ensaimada por Donuts para ver algo diferente. ( Por poner un ejemplo). Necesita una buena reforma en lo que son las habítaciones, por lo menos en la que yo estuve.

Do pequeno almoço e da limpeza do quarto.

Cons:

O sofá cama é péssimo!!! Os meus filhos dormiram "enterrados" no meio da cama. São crianças muito pequenas, é péssimo tanto para ele ainda mais para os crescidos!

Vraiment bien.
Pros:

Bonne chambre confortable, toilettes bien équipées, hotel, chambres et toilettes très propres, excellent petit déjeuner, ascenseurs pratiques, salon commun confortable, entrée très jolie.. Je n'ai pas fait tous les hotels de Madrid mais je crois que le rapport qualité/prix ne doit pas être mal.

Cons:

Isolation moins bonne par rapport aux bruits extérieur mais pas très contraignat.

Good location, good hotel, but could have been better
Pros:

Location is excellent! Right next to the metro station and many restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast was good and staff were overall nice. It was clean and well lit, and air conditioned throughout. Also, it’s an inclusive hotel which is absolutely excellent

Cons:

Some ceilings on the floor and in the room looked like mold or unpainted water leakage. The sofa bed was horrible. We left clothes to be washed it took them 3 days until we called and they realized it was ready and had to go down to pick it up, quite pricey laundry as well. We spent 6 nights there, paid full price in advance, and yet they still felt it important to charge us €10 for being an hour late for check out, that has never happened to me.

Je n'ai pas aimé entendre le camion poubelle gout les matins, je n'ai pas aimé la non chalence du personnel comme si je devais payé un sourire...aucune adaptabilité a la clientele. Pas de halal proposé alors que la cleintele principale est maghrébine... je pensais que le client etait la base du processus de l'economie mais je me suis trompe ces 3 derniers jours... Dans l'hotel, on ne parle qu'espagnole,à croire que cet hotel n'a que des client du pays... Les lampes ne fonctionne pas, on travaille qu'avec des oeillères, j'ai entendu que "pas possible" dans cet hotel..digne d'un deux etoiles...il fait en enlevé deux..
