Grifo monomando de pared del lavamanos se desmontaba; palito del monomando ducha se caía. Tapa del water grande no correspondiente con el inodoro y era muy incómodo hacer tus necesidades.

Das Hotel ist mit voller Überzeugung zu empfehlen
Pros:

Es ist ein modernes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit hilfsbereiten und auch englisch sprechendem Personal. Es gab auch Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Das Früstückt war sehr gut und völlig ausreichend. Sowohl die Bettwäsche als auch die Badetücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Die Haltestellen für Bus und Metro waren ganz in der Nähe. Nachts war ganz ruhig.

Cons:

Es gab keine Toilettenbürste.

Luxury rooms – very nice
Pros:

Extremely nice room, in accordance with the name of the hotel, and much bigger than expected. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Nice people in the reception. Close to metro station.

Cons:

Maybe a bit pricy (I joined friends who wanted to stay there), but you absolutely get what you pay for – it was very nice. I understand the quality side of having to order eggs (to get it freshly made), but it would also convenient to have eggs in the buffet if you are in a rush. It was maybe a bit far from the city centre (20-30 min by metro, depending on where you go) if you wanted to go there, back to the hotel and then to the centre again. But it is very close to a metro station (Alfons XIII) and there were also some nice restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The area also seemed calm and safe. Nothing of this was important, and I will give top score 10 out of 10.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Tout le personnel est adorable. La décoration est très soignée et originale, avec un parfum très agréable dans le hall. Il est situé à deux minutes à pied de la station Alfonso XIII, très pratique pour rejoindre le centre. Le quartier est à la fois calme mais avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très varié. Un grand coup de cœur pour cet hôtel !
