Tiene una buena ubicación

Cons:

Es un hotel sobrecalificado ya que no es un cuatro estrellas para nada, yo le daría con generosidad un tres. La limpieza es demorada eran 3 de la tarde y aún no estaba lista la habitación. En un par de ocasiones nos dejaron las tazas sucias en la habitación.

El desayuno podría ser mejor , el personal que atiende el desayuno no esta a la altura del hotel. Las escaleras de la entrada , al llegar nadie nos ayudó a subir las valijas. A la salida si.

Good hotel if you want to be in the middle of Madrid and handy if you need to go to the US Embassy

Location was fabulous. Bed was comfortable, nice pillows and the water pressure in the shower good.

Cons:

The whole hotel is dated and a bit tired. Our bathroom must have been built in the 70’s. Furniture was also old fashioned. There was, unfortunately a terrible drain smell in the room constantly.
