The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
The shower in the room was so small I had to turn sideways to be comfortable. Parking was terrible, I was hoping the garage was connected to the hotel, but had to walk out on the street to get to the front entrance. I guess I should've did better research. The garage was shared with the Tulane Medical Center and some sort of Police parking which meant you couldn't park on the 1st or sometimes 2nd level.
Staff are attentive and willing to assist. Breakfast was nice and constantly replenished.
-Unfortunately, the sofa in the room was TERRIBLE!. We had to devise an undermattress so my son could have some comfort.
-The bathroom is extremely uncomfortable to navigate, small, and with a "wandering" door. They tell you towels are changed every other day, but they don't check the shampoo or other provided bottles in the bathtub to verify they are full. Ours was empty. They don't provide a new soap on "cleaning" day, and they didn't empty our bathroom trash ever.
-Doubtful cleaning. On "cleaning" day, I purposely left a few pieces of paper on the floor that were very visible. When we returned, the pieces were still there.
Konumu çok güzel
Günlük oda bakımı ve temizliği yapılmadı
Stayed here on May 17-19. This hotel is nothing special. We ga=had just got of a cruise and when we got there our room wasn't ready. Not a big deal at it was before check in time, but once we did get the rom, it was below expectations. First, AC wasn't working. Called and had a maintenance guy come up and he couldn't fix it. never offered to move us to another room. Instead brought his ridiculous large fan to the room that was louder than a plane (seemed like it anyway!) The staff at the from desk were not pleasant...seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but there.
The location is relatively close to the French Quarter, but is kind of sketchy. A few homeless people living across the street...didn't feel to safe around there at night.
There are definitely better options than this property in New Orleans. Will not make that mistake again.
The room was very nice and comfortable
The walk was too long and unsafe
It was well maintained
We didn’t have a bartender all weekend but that’s ok

Close to restaurants and nightclubs
Weekend traffic noise until 3am and checking out with the other guests with only 2 elevators took over 30 minutes to get to the main lobby
The location of the property is perfect! A walkable distance to Bourbon Street and it was right on Canal Street. Very close to a lot of restaurants and activities.
The bathrooms were kind of oddly shaped and small. Not spacious at all. They also have a very small elevator for such a big hotel. Only 4-5 people can fit in the elevator at one time so there was sometimes a line just to go up to your room.
Location ,restaurant ,shopping area
Air conditioning wasn’t working to its best potential.Bad smell in hallway .Food was left outside the rooms overnight which can create flies and bugs .
