Great view but horrible when it comes to room size and amenities.

The staff was wonderful.

Cons:

Room was very small. Refrigerator did not work upon arrival. It was extremely hot inside the cabinet. The maintenance staff had to remove it from the cabinet it was in and told us to wait and see if it would work. It never cooled down and we finally got a replacement refrigerator much later in the day. The staff recommended the replacement refrigerator stay outside of the cabinet to avoid overheating for our entire stay. Of this course, this took up more of what little space we had.
The penthouse elevator was not operating on the day we checked out. My husband had to carry our luggage down a few flights of stairs to get to an elevator that worked. The only breakfast option in the hotel was a very overly priced iHop restaurant. The food was just okay. The coffee maker in the room made HORRIBLE coffee. Additionally, no complimentary bottled water in the room. You are really only paying a premium price for the view. I think the hotel could afford to offer additional amenities for guests based upon the very costly price of a room.

The best hotel!
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very clean, perfect location, breakfast on the 26th floor (you have to pay for it but they give a coupon) with unobstructed view of Niagara Falls, close to everything, bus stops right in front the hotel.
