Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda y limpia y pudimos hacer check in a las 11 cuando llegamos.
No tuvimos ningún problema al hacer la reserva a través de booking, ya llevaba incluidos todos los impuestos y el precio era el final. En cuanto al depósito de seguridad fueron 200$ que nos retuvieron pero se anuló rápidamente al día siguiente al checkout.
Bien ubicado, fuimos andando tanto a las cataratas como a clifton hill.

Personal muy amable y atento.
El mirador hacía las cataratas en la planta 25 es maravilloso. El hotel cuenta con un restaurante ihop para desayunos que se hacen desde este mirador. Merece mucho la pena.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado era complicado de regular y hacía ruido constante durante la noche.

Absolutely Amazing
Pros:

We loved Tower Hotel; the location was amazing! It was within walking distance of the falls; the view from the room was spectacular, and the price was reasonable. The staff was great; they allowed us to check in early, and they were very informative.

Cons:

nothing, honestly. If I had to say something, it would be the bathroom was a little cramped.

Memorable first hotel stay in Canada with beautiful views, a perfect location, and warm hospitality
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls, with everything conveniently nearby. What we loved most was the 25th-floor observation deck. The view was absolutely beautiful and was a great alternative to going up the Skylon Tower. 😍🌊

This was also our first time staying in a hotel here in Canada, so it was a very special experience for us. A big thank you to all the friendly and welcoming staff, especially our fellow Pinoy staff who took great care of us and made us feel at home. 🇵🇭❤️ Their warm hospitality made our first Niagara Falls trip and first Canadian hotel stay even more memorable. ✨

Cons:

Nothing major that we disliked. We were required to provide a $200 deposit at check-in, which we understand is part of the hotel policy. We are currently just waiting for it to be returned after checkout. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. 😊

Gran hotel desde donde conocer Niagara Falls y sus alrededores
Pros:

la ubicación, las vistas, la habitación muy cuidada y nueva, la cama muy cómoda, el restaurante son muy amables, la comida está rica y las vistas son increíbles…y además está comunicado perfectamente con transporte público a un min de la puerta… y la catarata está a 4 min andando! un lujo y un acierto de hotel!

Cons:

En la habitación el equipo domótica de control de aire acondicionado, no te deja apagarlo ni regularlo a tú gusto.

Tower Of Excellence
Pros:

The staff and Brandon ( the parking)very excellent. They made our stay comfortable. Room was beautiful. Even maintenance man helped to show us how to work coffee machine. The IHOP servers that morning were excellent and the food was good and the view of the Falls was fantastic. Definitely go there again. Best place I have ever stayed at. See you agin
