Pros:

Splendida location storica. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade in junior suite, bellissima. Fascino di una fattoria dell'abbazia di Vallombrosa trasformata in hotel. Splendida. Apprezzatissima la piscina aperta fino alle 20:00.

Cons:

Piccoli dettagli da curare per rendere il soggiorno perfetto (due lampadine bruciate in bagno, kit bagno ridotto all'osso, fan coil in camera leggermente' rumoroso, colazione ottima ma un po' disordinata, forse perché presenti molti ospiti per evento privato).

Stupefacente eleganza Rinascimentale
Pros:

Che meraviglia ritrovarsi in una villa dalla soria millenaria che anche Lorenzo il Magnifco avrebbe voluto comprare come attestato da scambi epistolari. Alle bellezza della Natura e della villa, si aggiunge un servizio impeccabile , la gentilezza del personale, una cucina ottima e una piscina da sogno. Senz'altro ci torneremo per fare le escursioni consigliate a Vallombrosa nonché come base per Firenze raggiungibile in solo mezz'ora dalla vicina stazione di Sant'Ellera

Great place great view and rooms have a nice old times vibe, you really feel living in a castle for a night.

Good sized and clean pool.

Cons:

Did not try the restaurant but it felt a bit overpriced..

Parking exit road, could do with a renewal, it is rather bumpy.

Bellissimo il contesto della villa, il giardino, la piscina, e gli interni dell'800.
Ottima colazione e comodo il check out fino alle 12.00

Det gode: Villa Pitiana er et utroligt smukt sted med en fantastisk beliggenhed. Udsigten over bjergene er helt særlig,
Pros:

Smukkeste udsigt udover bjergene og flot solnedgang foran hotellet hver aften. Virkelig smuk gammel Villa der tog tankerne hen på et smukt gammelt kloster. Værelset vi boede på med 2 børn var virkelig smukt, stort og god aircondition. Badeværelset dog gammelt og slidt og svært at gå i brusebad i et lille badekar uden forhæng.

Cons:

Poolen var desværre i stykker 3 dage ud af de 5 vi var der. Vi skulle derfor kører til søsterhotellet 20 min væk, hvor der ingen mad og drikke var. Besværligt og virkelig ærgerligt når man har børn med i varmen. Hotellet gav efter en del samtale om det 2 x aftensmad som kompensation. Aftentjener på hotellet var fra Indien, og var ikke særlig serviceminded. De fleste af tjenere var søde nok, men alle på hotellet meget reserverede og indadvendte - ikke det man forventer, når man ankommer til et hotel. Man forventer som minimum at personalet kigger op, smiler, siger godmorgen eller godaften. Men det var der desværre ikke særlig meget af. Det koster ellers ikke særlig meget energi, tid eller penge at give outstanding service. Selv hotelmanageren var reserveret og fordybet i sig selv uden at hilse på gæsterne.
