Lovely ambiance, with friendly and attentive staff. Our waiter Rob, was very helpful with menu choices. We shared delicious and tasty small plates and delightful desserts. Would not hesitate to return.

We ate at Rockwell Bistro and Wine bar. Food was great, especially Galician Octopus and Wagyu Slider. Our server Rob was excellent and gave us some great food recommendations.

Wonderful experience from check-in to check out. Staff was phenomenal! Love the Spring Garden Suite. Hotel located near all the major sites in London. Would like to thank at the front desk Viktoriic who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay!

We had dinner at Rockwell with our family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations.

A special thanks to Angela, who looked after us throughout the evening. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her excellent service and positive attitude made our dining experience even more memorable.

The Trafalagar had everything anyone touring London could for ask for, and more. Location was my prime priority and it delivered easy access to buses, taxis’, and the tube. Many of the cities key historical sites were within 5-10 minute walking distance of the hotel.

Even before we arrived my conversations with the hotel staff and Concierge’s assured me that our stay would be both effortless and enjoyable.

The Concierge’s knew everything about London.
How to best get from point A-Z and in between. They advised and delivered on recommending the best pubs in town for an authentic experience and food that didn’t disappoint.

When it came to breakfast…look no further than the hotel’s resturant. It was a sure winner for starting your day off right.

When one of our bags didn’t arrive at the airport, several staff members stepped in and took the initiative to resolved it. When I was faced with this unexpected challenge the Concierge were there every step of the way.

Josh, our waiter, was amazing. He directly approached us in Spanish when he realized we were speaking in Spanish language and then he proactively gave us two great food recommendations and at the end of the dinner he politely ask about our plans to give us a good after dinner recommendation. It was a lovely dining experience and the food was very tasty.

We recently stayed at The Trafalgar St. James and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Our room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable, giving us a perfect night's sleep after an evening out in London. A special thank you to the team for decorating our room so beautifully for my partner's birthday and for the lovely bottle of Prosecco. These thoughtful touches made our celebration even more memorable. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their professionalism and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The breakfast was also excellent, with a delicious, fresh, and varied selection of food to suit all tastes. This was our second stay at the Trafalgar St. James. We chose to return because it's a great hotel, in a great location.. but mostly because it has a GREAT staff. And many of the staff members who treated us so well the last time, were there to welcome us this time. Kudos to the concierges, including Tom and John.. restaurant staff, especially Rabb.. and everyone else who made our stay special.

Had such a great time at Trafalgar St. James last night.
The food at the Rockwell restaurant was delicious, especially the mini mochi style donuts we had for dessert! Service was exceptional by all the staff working there and the live band added that extra nice touch to the whole evening.
