Aangenaam vakantie in een goed en centraal hotel
Pros:

Zeer centrale, doch aangenaam rustige ligging en uitstekende kamers. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Aanbod aan soorten natuurlijke yoghurt was te beperkt.
Top roof was niet bereikbaar t.g.v. werken en ook 1 lift viel uit tijdens het verblijf.

It was a lovely stay in a very central location.
Pros:

I felt it was a business environment more than a romantic environment but pleasant! The location was exceptional, was able to explore without traveling far! The Staff were very helpful and kind! The kitchen staff were the best! Overall, it was a nice stay!

Cons:

The shampoo container fell off the wall in the shower. The makeup mirror worked when it felt like it! A piece of the shower handle broke. Not enough towels, two guest you need three towels. The public downstairs bathroom needs some attention!

Great time in a perfect location!
Pros:

Large size room & bathroom in a great location- walkability was super easy to major attractions & great restaurants. Helpful staff. Quiet even though it's in the middle of a busy area.

Nice location I would stay here again. Just bring extra money
Pros:

Location was great. 15 minute walk to a lot of tourists attractions and restaurants. Easy cab ride and hotel staff very friendly

Cons:

Buffet was limited in selection but were able to order from limited menu included in price. Hotel cost was extremely expensive

Больше всего понравилась локация отеля.

Cons:

В объекте размещения есть ряд важных нюансов, которые нужно исправить:
-это запах комнат (от ковролина скорее всего пахнет), ближе к вечеру про выключенном кондиционере невозможно.
- регулировка температуры и музыкового фона в спортзале, поскольку в первые 2 сутки мне было жутко некомфортно заниматься, очень холодно было, дуло так, что можно воспаление легких подхватить;
- конечно же в 5* отеле свежевыжатый соки должны делать самостоятельно, а не покупать у кого-то, честно я не пила, поскольку были сомнения, что он настоящий.

Great location but a bit overpriced.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Overpriced and the breakfast in particular was very disappointing - especially for what is classed as a five star hotel. Ordered eggs Benedict for breakfast and it turned up in a couple of minutes and was cold with cheap ham.
