Thumbs down on the pool and breakfast
Pros:

Room was nice. The pool appeared to be not maintained for a while, could use a pool boy! I also think for the rates they charge a continental breakfast could be included. We get that for less expensive stays elsewhere!

Pros:

Location and for the most part the cleanliness. The room itself was great!

Cons:

It was difficult to get someone to come clean our room for some reason. Also, the pillows sucked.

Great people and amenities!
Pros:

First, I had such a warm encounter with Bailey - she’s very kind and knowledgeable and was able to award me extra Hilton points! Love that! Then I had breakfast cooked to order during my stay and Juan was our server - again so kind, quick and helpful! He made sure we had all we needed and the omelette was DELICIOUS. Kind of shockingly delicious! Our room was decently acquainted - dated and thus scuffed, etc but it was good in all the ways that really count - clean and solid AC. One stand out thing was the gym - super nice and spacious with great equipment! There’s also a cute bonfire pit and space to hangout near the pool and a lovely breakfast and bar area that we could use to get some work done during the day. I really liked the amenities and everyone was very nice.

It was decent! The best part was breakfast!

Room was super humid and smelled a bit like moldy, and don’t know why but there was no hand soap.

Food left under chair on arrival. The hallways were not vacummed in three days. A dead roach was in the hallway for three days plus other food on floors.

One of the Best Hilton Garden Inns for business or family gatherings.
Pros:

Very efficient and friendly staff who made you feel welcome - Kaiser, Andrea, Leslie, Mirluy, Yamileth and Darlene. Convenient location close to the convention center, Sea World and airport. Great buffet or made to order breakfast.
Spacious, clean and quiet rooms.
