Limpeza: bandeja do room service ficou mais de 24 horas no corredor do andar. Janela do quarto suja.
Falta treinar/orientar os funcionários do café da manhã, um deles ficava fungando o tempo todo ( nojento) falta simpatia, e não fazem questão de oferecer o diferencial (omelete/ tapioca. Tem uma Mini placa escondida no café da manhã, informando porém ninguém oferece., e demora na limpeza das mesas, pois chega lá no café e muitas mesas sujas.
O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ FOI EXCELENTE, MUITA VARIEDADE, BASICAMENTE UM MINI ALMOÇO.
GOSTEI MUITO DA LOCALIZAÇÃO.

Ônibus não aceitam bilhete único de SP, nem cartão de crédito, nem de débito, nem PIX! Fiquei perigosamente a pé num longo trecho! Hospitalidade zero! Problemão, mas muito fácil de se resolver! Políticos vagabundos de Santos, trabalhem um pouquinho de vez em quando!

O atendimento no restaurante, no jantar de sábado a noite.
1, O serviço de manobrista e garagem de veículos. 2. O serviço da piscina na cobertura, que no Domingo, não tinha nenhum funcionário e não havia toalhas disponíveis, nem no armários. 3. A falta de apoio (barra de apoio) para idosos, entrar na jacuzi da cobertura.
