Lindo Hotel, confortável e agora modernizado

Cons:

Serviço de qto bem ruim, pedimos antes do check-in duas taças de vinho e um abridor, não foi atendido e qdo chegamos pedi novamente, não levaram, tive que descer para pegar as taças e levar o vinho e no check-out tive que devolver no restaurante, isso n é compatível com um hotel dito 5 estrelas. Funcionário do estacionamento muito mal educado, descemos com as malas, fizemos o check out e pedimos nosso carro, ele falou que teríamos q esperar 15 minutos porque nao avisamos antes, sendo que o estacionamento fica no andar debaixo, há uns 20 metros de distância. Ou seja se puder pagar pelo concorrente na Pta da Praia vc sera melhor atendido
