Отличное расположение , но нужно причесать отель
Pros:

Историческое здание на первой линии, я проживал в Президентском номере - огромный, как квартира ,несколько комнат, большая терраса с джакузи и шезлонгами. Бодрый WiFi, есть паркинг (самостоятельный или валет по 40 реалов в сутки). Спортзал. Отель имеет сообщение с торговым центром сразу из лобби (магазины, ресторанчики , прачечная и тд). Дружелюбный персонал.

Cons:

Все уже устаревшее (однако посторонних запахов нет), состояние самой ванной, джакузи оставляет желать лучшего , хотя раковины и унитаз в хорошем состоянии.
Завтраки слабые ( но , вероятно , не сезон. 5 человек с утра )

Frustração
Pros:

O localização é o ponto forte do hotel. Estar ao lado de um shopping, próximo à praia e um bairro com muitos comércios é muito positivo

Cons:

Infelizmente me entregaram um quarto que não estava pronto. A cama não tinha lençóis nem fronhas. Quando vc vai a um hotel a cama é o ponto mais importante. Tive que pedir os lençóis duas vezes à recepção e nos mesmos tivemos que fazer a cama. Além disso a qualidade da roupa de cama era bem inferior a que se espera de um hotel deste porte.
A limpeza diária, aquela feita pelas camareiras estava ok, porém era possível ver poeira nas paredes e na saída do ar condicionado.
Éramos fans deste hotel. Ficamos frustrados

Pros:

Gostei muito da localização e instalação. As piscinas e hidromassagem quente no rooftop são ótimas e com uma vista linda, deu para aproveitar mesmo sem estar muito calor.

Muito agradável !!! Voltarei ! Adorei a vista lá na cobertura com o espaço da piscina !
Pros:

Me surpreendi com o quarto espaçoso e banheiro grande, com chuveiro mto bom. Me hospedei na categoria mais simples e considero mto superior aos demais onde já estive !!!

Minha vista não foi das melhores, eu poderia ter sido melhor orientada no site da Booking e tb pela recepção e poderia ter feito um upgrade

Pros:

O lugar é lindo incrível, limpeza nota 10, os recepcionistas são super atenciosos e prestativos o estacionamento é pago à parte, porém os manobristas São super atenciosos buscam e guardam o carro a hora que você precisa, a localização é maravilhosa perto de tudo, "pontos que achei incrível" sabe quando você vai fazer um bate e volta em algum lugar e decide ficar, eles têm shampoo e condicionador de tubo grande não é aquelas bisnaguinha pequena, (cheirosos de marca boa a vontade), o chuveiro é maravilhoso, a piscina é quentinha e tem toalha a vontade lá em cima.
Café da manhã tem de tudo.
E na recepção tem água e café disponível 24 horas.

Cons:

Só não gostei deles ainda não está usando a regra que determina que a diária hoteleira corresponde a um período de 24 horas está prevista na Lei Geral do Turismo (Lei nº 11.771/2008) e foi regulamentada pela Portaria MTur nº 28/2025 do Ministério do Turismo.
A medida garante aos hóspedes o direito a 21 horas de uso efetivo do quarto.
Check-in era as 15hs e o check-out meio-dia.

Porém uma funcionária maravilhosa, que agora não me recordo o nome dela, mais sempre tentando atender todos os hóspedes maravilhosamente bem nos permitiu sair às 14 horas.

Hotel com ótima localizacao
Pros:

Da localização pertinho da praia, o café da manhã excelente com tudo fresquinho e reposição constante.
O espaço do quarto é muito bom, banheiro e chuveiro funcionam nuito bem e limpos.

Cons:

Da cama que é desconfortável com um colchão muito mole.
