tolle Lage neben Strandpromenade und einem Shoppingcentre, ebenso ist eine Restaurant-Strasse in Gehdistanz (auch abends gut zu Fuss erreichbar)
Nachts kann es sehr laut werden weil Fenster nicht dicht / Bettdecke musste extra bestellt werden und dann kam nur ein Laken - eine richtiges und angezogenes Duvet wäre besser resp. hygienischer als ein Deckenüberwurf, den schon viele vorher benutzt haben / Dusche gab es nur von der Decke und keinen Handstrahl (in Südamerika leider oft so)
Atendimento maravilhoso e acolhedor, funcionários muito bem preparados educados e cordiais, quarto confortável e limpo, chuveiro maravilhoso, ótima localização, ganhei até um mimo no dia do meu aniversário 🥰
Sem dúvida voltarei mais vezes e indico de olhos fechados a todos 🥂
Tive uma excelente estadia e uma grata surpresa no dia do meu aniversário: ao chegar do jantar tinha um delicioso bolo me esperando, com uma carta me parabenizando! Agradeço muito a toda a equipe!
Localização, funcionários, limpeza, cafe da recepção
Toalhas muito velhas, reposição de alimentos no café da manhã, muito demorada
A localização é perfeita, dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé. As instalações estão conservadas, o hotel sempre muito limpo, e a equipe muito atenciosa.
A cama era macia demais (e eu prefiro colchão mais firme, mas é uma opção pessoal) e senti falta de ter lençol para se cobrir, tivemos que pedir um extra, porque só tinha lençol cobrindo o colchão.

Não tinha lençóis no quarto, mofo na parede do armário que acondiciona os edredons e travesseiros, estes ficam em contato com a parede , perfume forte nas almofadas, pra quem tem alergia é horrível. Corredores do hotel mal cuidado, portas de serviço toda ralada, feio de ver e transmite desleixo.
A localização é ótima, na quadra do mar na a praia do Gonzaga!
O apartamento é amplo e bem mobilizado.
O café da manhã é excelente!
O colchão da cama de casal é mole demais!
Fiquei c/ dor nas costas.
Gosto de tudo por lá cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo, limpeza impecável
