It was an Ok hotel with very simple swimming pool. I had limited time to enjoy it.
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious enough. Parking accessible, Receptionist on night shift had great customer service skills he was very acomodating espessially that we arrived well past midnight. He helped us out with late check out that was sooo needed. Egs benedict were delicious, but no choice like salmon, just it is what it is(bacon).

Cons:

Breakfast was very confusing Staff memebr sat us down, He gave us the menu card and went away with no word of any explanation. - Another customer spotted that we were confused and expressed her disappointment and explained a bit whats what's what and we do on our own, etc. Took "ages" before the order was taken, and it wasn't busy.
The swimming pool doesn't really belong to the hotel (it's not operated by the hotel) And you have to pre-book with that gym; it is included in the price however, the company did not allow my 12-year-old to use any gym equipment.

Excellent hotel with very professional staff.
Pros:

The pool facilities and children’s play area.

Cons:

Dinning room very full and it was difficult to obtain a table for the family. We were told that we did not need to book but I would suggest you do.

Pros:

The staff were amazing ! The bed was not memory foam which you get in so many hotels nowadays - it was sooo comfortable - the food was delicious too

The dinner in the river bar was the nicest dinner I’ve had in a long time the staff were top class and accommodating really impressed with me over all stay

One thing I don’t like it’s so far away because if it was closer I would stay there a lot lol

Really enjoyable stay in a well run hotel in a lovely location.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There was a real homely atmosphere to the hotel. It was in a fabulous location, with lovely walks nearby and the food was delicious. Most enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Robes in the room, other than that it was perfect!

Amazing spot
Pros:

We have been there a few times and we love this hotel. First impressions, 10/10. The staff at Front Office are exceptional, all very welcoming and smiling, Tobin who checked us in and Niamh checked us out. Rooms were clean and in good condition, great bed and comfortable.
Had dinner and breakfast on both days and was really very good. I also used the steam team, which was great, the other facilities looked great too but I was not up to it.
I love coming to this hotel, so hopefully again soon. I want to also thank the 2 ladies, Madalina and Naomi. Best parts of this hotel are the staff and amenities. Thanks again.

A Great Place to Stay
Pros:

We stayed in the Crowne Plaza, Belfast last night and were very happy with everything. Our room was very comfortable, the pool was great, the nearby walk along the river, a real treat and the food, both at dinner and breakfast, was excellent.
The staff, to a person, were professional, helpful and friendly.
It was a very pleasant stay from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel.
