Pros:

Staff were very nice. Room was clean and big enough for four of us.

Cons:

There's nothing near the hotel, it's not within walking distance to shops, bars etc. My three grandchildren were not allowed in the pool even when I told staff they could all swim and I would supervise them. I was told because I wasn't going in they could not go in. I was also told that I need to go into the water with them because there is no life guard there. Does a life guard go into the water with children if there is one? I felt that supervising them was enough and the pool was the reason I booked this hotel.

Nice place for a short family break in a quiet outer Belfast area-Lovely
Pros:

Good variety of buffet breakfast, hot and cold
Friendly staff
River restaurant meals were ok, a little overpriced for quality
Beautiful walks in nearby Lagan valley

Cons:

Pool rules were disappointing
Adult supervision is understandable but expecting adults to be in the water with young teens is too strict
The general energy of the hotel seems tired- could do with some refreshing!

Excellent hotel - will be my first choice in future when staying in Belfast.
Pros:

Room spacious and clean. Food in the bistro excellent as was breakfast. Hotel really child friendly. Staff excellent.

Wonderful stay with the most welcoming staff into a comfort paradise
Pros:

I travelled with my girlfriend for my 25th birthday and I couldn't have picked a nicer hotel. Upon arrival the staff were exceptionally accomadating and kind. We were signed up to the IHG programme and received early check in and late check out! When we got into the room they had left a handwritten note wishing me well on my birthday and left a custom made chocolate bar and a pair of drink tokens which we redeemed at the hotel bar.

Cons:

The only downside I could fault this lovely hotel is maybe that the taxi into town is a tad expensive, costing us nearly 30 euros for a short enough drive, other than that the place was immaculate!

Pros:

We had only a one night stay but I have to say any interaction we had with saff was excellent! Food was great and the room was excellent, the hotel was very busy but there was plenty of staff available, would definitely return.
