Very comfortable
Nothing really
Clean, friendly and comfortable spacious rooms. Good variety of breakfast and lovely staff in the green room.
Jacuzzi was cold, steam room was unavailable and sauna was also not very warm i side.
Jobin was very welcoming when we arrived. Complimentary dessert for my daughter's birthday was a lovely treat. Ash was also very kind and courteous at breakfast.

Food was lovely...staff were very friendly and efficient. Waiter at breakfast was lovely..he was so friendly and came over chatting to my baby. A real asset to the hotel.amazing service.Room was spacious and very comfortable.
Sauna was out of order
The room we got on the ground floor was great, clean and perfect for what we needed. The receptionist Madalina was so nice and accommodating and great at her job. Dinner and breakfast was so yum. Sauna was also so nice in the leisure centre.

There is a pool but it's so shallow my knees kept bumping the bottom. Dinner was hit or miss. The vegan mint/pea ravioli is amazeballs but the falafel salad was weird and the mushroom noodles were just ok. Garlic bread doesn't taste like garlic. Breakfast was terrible eat somewhere else!
