All the staff I spoke to at the hotel were really helpful and polite.
The complimentary gym, pool, sauna, and steam room were clean and in good working order.
The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfy.

O café da manhã era absolutamente ótimo, em um restaurante muito bonito.
O atendente Rodney foi muito simpático e prestativo no check-in.
Le supermarché intégré à l’hotel est une excellente idée qui dépanne bien !
L’emplacement, il est compliqué pour trouver un restaurant le soir (autre que celui de l’hôtel) ainsi qu’un petit supermarché.
C’est également dommage que le spa ne soit pas plus chaud, je l’ai trouvé très froid pour un bain à remous.

While booking, it was mentioned that the airport shuttle was free, but at the reception we were told to pay 5 Euros per person for a ride, we argued, and we were told that their booking site, in bookings.com was not updated, i didn't like this

Here and there the place is a bit run down. For example the lockers in the changing room are almost all broken.
