Cons:

Mauvaise surprise en découvrant une chambre au rez de chaussée, ce n'était pas indiqué dans la description de la chambre. Ses fenêtres donnent sur une rue très passante, ainsi il a fallut garder les rideaux fermés en permanence.
De plus cette rue est particulièrement animée, avec de la musique de 17:00 à 05:00.
Le bouton pour régler la température de l'eau de la douche était cassé, impossible de prendre une douche chaude.

הגענו עם מזוודות גדולות וכבדות, קיבלנו חדר עם מסלול מדרגות לא נוח, לא נכתב בשום מקום שזה מה שיקרה. מראש בדקתי שיש מעלית במלון אך קיבלנו חדר בקומת קרקע אך עם מדרגות רבות.
היה עובש בתקרת המקלחת.

Zentrale Lage, aber das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt im Stadtzentrum, sodass man Amsterdam bequem zu Fuß erkunden kann. Personal super nett und hilfsbereiten

Cons:

Leider hat das Zimmer einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Der Boden knarrt bei jedem Schritt sehr laut, der Teppich ist alt, wirkt schlecht gepflegt und staubig. Auch das Badezimmer konnte nicht überzeugen: Es ist klein und hat weder ein Fenster noch eine natürliche Belüftung, wodurch es wenig angenehm wirkt.

Overpriced for what it is. Good location but old and in need of a renovation

Location was good.

Cons:

We had a group of 7 and were given 2x quadruple rooms which are on the higher floors (room 225 and 229). The rooms smelt of mould, really bad. Particularly room 229. It smelt so bad to the point it smelt like someone had died. The only thing that masked the smell was turning off the a/c unit, as it stopped spreading the air and opening all the windows (which could only be opened a few cm). But this had to be done every few hours due to a timer. When I asked staff about a possible change of room they advised that all the rooms were booked out (which is fine), and offered to provide some fans and a maintenance man to come and inspect. We are still waiting for both of those things to happen. The mattresses are foam boards that sit on top of on ensemble and move during the night. The internet is terrible and wifi barley connects from both the top rooms or the basement rooms. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again for the price we paid
