Could have had a great score, let down by lack of attention to detail expecially cleaning.
Pros:

All the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful.

Cons:

Cleanliness, there were squashed flies on the bathroom wall when we arrived & we said "goodbye" to them as we left. We saw mice climbing the curtains in the breakfast room, mould on the bread provided for toasting and a small slice of salami was propped against the skirting board inthe corridor to our room and was still there throughout our 6 day stay.
We also received as scam text message shortly before our stay asking for reconfirmation of the booking using a different payment card - the security of either Booking.com or the hotel seems to have been breached.

1 night so suffered it but would not stay a second night

Tv did not work due to poor signal in dungeon room
Air conditioner was broken and noisy
Lights did not work and ones that did needed to be brighter
Too many stairs to get cases to the room
Must be a staircase above as hearing walking above us all night
You can’t charge money for this room without fixing issues listed.

Overpriced, uncomfortable and loud.
Pros:

Decent shower, everything else was subpar. Poor beds very noisy room.

Cons:

Very loud, charges very malicious for early check in. Uncomfortable beds and mattress fell off.
