Pros:

I didnt manage to have breakfast. the room was good and the bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

the level of cleanliness is wanting. the area behind the coffee station was very dirty and dusty as well as the top of the fridge. The person cleaning seems to be concentrating on cleaning the areas that are visible. i even took some photos.

Did not like how outdated the facility is the breakfast was awful. The biscuits and gravy tasted like water down gravy. The individual packed muffins. Taste fruit roots are burnt and we’re very dry. The breakfast bowl was a big mushy mess. Staff was decent, but the facility itself is not for us

Pros:

Amazing property located just at the perfect spot. We stayed here Friday-Sunday and had no complains. Everything was clean, and well maintained, room did not smell like smoke. Everything is pretty updated, and clean. We did not have breakfast here, so i can’t say much on that. Pools were clean and loved that they offered an indoor and outside pool and hot tub.

Best location, super clean, large rooms, great staff
Pros:

The exterior is very well kept just appears dated, don't let that fool u. Our room was obviously renovated at some point recently, super clean & much larger than expected. Outdoor pool super small, but indoor pool was great! Good breakfast, amazing staff! And u can't beat the location, we walked most places and never spent more than 20 minutes in the car at our farthest destination. We will stay here again!

Cons:

Our room wasn't cleaned, the only thing they did was put fresh towels in there and cups and take out the trash. They didn't clean the floors and they didn't make the beds. I've stayed in the past and had very good service this time. The employees were not as nice. Also, I found out that the ticket prices that we bought at the counter were higher than what we could've bought at the actual place and it's described as a discount. I'm also currently overcharged by $60 and waiting to see if it drops off of my bank account.

Pros:

Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson MO is a great place to stay. The staff is very nice and helpful. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Hot breakfast. Convenient to attractions and shopping. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was nice but would not want breakfast into that dining hall again.

The breakfast was good, but the space was too crowded. The entry to the dining room required going up some stairs , then down some stairs.
