the stairs to second floor for a 81 year old man with bad knees not good but i got thur it but not again, shower in tub had to be fixed so you could turn water on

Perfectly planned
Pros:

Everything was excellent from the friendly service, to the cleanliness of the room. And you can not beat the location. I highly recommend this hotel. Can't wait to go back

Pros:

Location was great and a good breakfast.

Cons:

Mattress was uncomfortable and the cleaning staff missed dirt on the floor at the door. I believe it came under the door when the yard folks was blowing the sidewalk. They need to do a better job of inspection.

We stayed 4 days and it was in walking distance to many things we wanted to do.
Pros:

I liked the indoor and outdoor options for pool and hot tub. The breakfast options with make your own waffle bar the kids loved that.
I am breastfeeding, had to pump and store milk. When I realized the fridge in our room wasn’t staying cold it was about 9:30 at night and a front desk staff came with a dolly swapped fridges out for me to be able to properly store the milk. I was so thankful for that kindness.

Cons:

Beds were a bit firmer than I like but no big deal.

Good choice if you want to be close to all the attractions in Branson
Pros:

Excellent location right on 76 Boulevard right next to many attractions. Friendly staff and clean room. Pool is small but adequate. Good value for the money.

Our stay was disapointing.
Pros:

Room was neat and clean. The TV remote was not very good.

Cons:

Room was in a separate building, not connected to the main building where the lobby was. There were no visible employees in the building where our room was located. It was eerie. The room was close to the elevator that had a loud screeching sound every time the door open or closed.
