This is the 3rd time I have stayed in this hotel . I love the friendly staff, the location can't be beat. Had a balcony room and it had been newly decorated. I love having a smaller hotel right in the middle of the city!
Missed the dining room this time. Would have been nice to have a quick lunch or breakfast.
Rooftop bar/breakfast and top location very central
We had a brilliant stay! The location is so central, the bed was extremely comfy and the rooms are decorated beautifully! We had a complimentary upgrade so had lots of space and the complimentary mini bar is a lovely touch. Staff were super helpful and friendly!

Well equipped room, thoughtfully laid out with the softest towels ever.
I would like to highlight that whilst the room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated I found it difficult to sleep due to the constant noise of their source heat pumps located in their courtyard!
Alles perfekt, ruhig, schön, erholsam. Die Lage geht definitiv nicht besser. Besonders, wenn man zum ersten Mal in Glasgow ist. Fehlt nur die Hotelbar.
The hotel is located very near the train station, so it is conveniently located. It is a lovely building with very nice rooms and a nice rooftop dining room. The breakfasts were excellent.
The hotel has recently been modernised and the new rooms are absolutely stunning. The decor is uses soft natural colours which are so relaxing. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding, towels and robes feel so luxurious. The teacakes in the mini bar was a nice touch!
Sadly in June the heat has been unbearable and unfortunately we couldn't get the air con to work effectively, in the middle of the night, the heat in the room reached 25deg and after 3 hours with the air con it actually increased! But safe to say opening a window worked instead.

Small, recently updated hotel close to Queen St Station and Buchanan St. Very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast - hot & cold buffet as well as cooked-to-order. Breakfast room is on the top floor, with good views of the city. Warm friendly service. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar. Would definitely stay here again. (Just be careful not to stub your toe on the sill to the bathroom!)
It is right in the middle of Glasgow but feels so quiet and charming.
A delicious breakfast is available but no other meals in house. Plenty of eating options in the city though.
The room was really spacious. Mini bar that is complimentary is a really nice touch. Beds are so comfy. Clean fresh and modern.
Second stay here and the only one tiny thing was in the first visit within the mini bar was white and red wine but there wasn’t any available this time.
I was given full price king size room next to a laundry trolley route and woken up by noisy trolleys at 6.55 am. When I complained at reception I was told that this only happens on a Thursday night and therefore it wouldn’t be a problem for the Friday night stay. They didn’t clean my room that day either because of my complaint, although they did replenish the fridge. I’d rather have a good nights sleep. I wrote to the company by email and they haven’t bothered to respond. Poor service.
