I liked how only guests staying in the hotel and arriving back late at night, were only permitted to enter using their key card. Felt really safe.

L’hôtel est très bien situé au cœur stratégique de Glasgow, les chambres sont très intelligemment agencées. Le personnel est jeune et agréable, très à l’écoute. Une très belle expérience.

Great central location. Recently refurbished, looks very neat. I like the new range of toiletries, great scent.
Just one thing ... need larger sheets on the bed, as they become untucked with the first turnover. Otherwise all good.

Reception staff member at 1.30am was very helpful to us as we had been delayed 2 hours in traffic.

Noise!!
Don't ever stay in room 505 506 as the droning noise from an extractor or something outside will keep you awake all night! Its horrible! Worst sleep I have had at a hotel ever!
Complained and not offered any recompense. Blamed on Waxy O'connor pub! My point is dont have rooms there at full price then.
Minibar choice was limited and we don't like gin.
Was told that at 3am we could have easily moved rooms!! Really when everything was unpacked in the 2 rooms and we were exhausted and one of our party had a dodgy leg.
Won't stay again based on this.

We only got in around 2am and got next to no sleep.
It was like a big fan noise or extractor it was worst sleep ever in 53 years!
Complained in morning and told it was Waxy O'connor pubs responsibilities.
My point being no refund or partial.compensation offered to us. Despite paying £400.
Quite dissatisfied.
Very central location near to Glasgow Queen Street Station and George Square. Spotlessly clean hotel, decent sized room and very comfortable bed.
