La chambre était exactement ce que l'on voit au moment de la réservation. La décoration est soignée, la chambre et les locaux sont propres et on s'y sent très bien.En plus l'emplacement est idéal avec tout ce qu'il y a autour. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d'un prochain voyage à Glasgow.
Ce qui m'a vraiment gêné c'est l'éclairage de la salle de bain qui est trop fort.

The room was lovely, spacious and clean with a stunning supply of goodies in the mini fridge. The location is perfect for being in the city and the staff were beyond accommodating and polite. The rainfall walk in shower was amazing after a long night out and Honestly the stay was excellent overall and I will be rebooking for future visits.
The toilet on the wall was fixed a little higher than is comfortable to sit on and I am not a short person so this was rather surprising. The pillows were all the exact same soft ones and a firmer option would have helped me get a better sleep but these are minor grumbles that will not impact me booking in the future.
Newly modernised room lovely modern and clean. Well stocked bar in fridge. Nice selection of coffee and teas.
Standing in the bath to shower. Very unsteady as bath was rounded at the bottom making standing showering a bit precarious....could do with a grab rail.
Fantastic central location. Near shops, subway. Beautiful room. Bed was so comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Staff really helpful and friendly. Will be returning.

Quality hotel in the heart of Glasgow city centre. Facilities were excellent and the quality shone through. Had a good sized room and a complimentary mini bar that was well stocked. Didn’t have the breakfast but I’m sure it would have been great too

This seems to have been recently refurbished. I stayed in a dreams room and it was very cosy and comfortable.
Lovely amenities such as slippers and robes and complimentary drinks.
They didn’t do room service but the lovely man on reception very kindly found me some fresh lemon and honey as I was feeling unwell.
Breakfast is cooked to order so allow time for this as there’s no hot buffet.
It’s a great location, too, right by Queen St station.

Early check in was fantastic , staff lovely. Everything about the property just worked. Room set up is excellent, couldn’t fault a thing. Really liked the alarm being sounded if your door did not close properly.
