Pros:

We always stay at this location when we visit Tybee Island. Enjoy the balcony facing the ocean. Rooms are clean. Able to walk to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

No free breakfast.

Convenient location, right on the beach
Pros:

We rent 2 rooms, there was 1 room terrible dirty, bad smell (Room 115). The floor was very dirty, bed sheets are smell so bad that we couldn’t sleep all night long. There”re no towels nor conditioners. Look like the room not clean before they checked us in. We not come back this hotel again ☹️

Cons:

Staff not helpful, not responsibility.
When we tell receptionist about the dirty room she said she will tell the manager that’s all she can do. But later we received no response from any one from the hotel manager.

Pros:

The location is excellent to the pier and a lot of restaurants and shops. The pool and the tiki bar are awesome, too!

Cons:

The rooms are fine and comfortable. The facilities definitely looked aged but it was all good.

The biggest waste of our money ever! Rude staff, no towels in the room, Bkack mold on the ceiling, no soap in the showe

Cons:

You look out your very expensive VIP sliding glass door , which wouldn’t open, to see a parking lot equipped with an outdoor toilet and shower facility. Lovely!

Had no towels. 1 beach towel 3 wash clothes 2 hand towels. Went down to the house keeping room and it was flooded. 4th floor.

Tybee is my fav place-ill alwys return!

Cons:

Just being honest, & i realize i am paying for an ocean view BUT its just a bit over rated. I paid nearly $400 for ONE night, with the view & it just wasnt worth that. I also paid extra for late chk out so we did get 2 extra hours but its just too expensive overall
