I live the convenience to the beach and room
The staff acting as they didnt know I came at 9am yes I know it saids room wasnt ready till 4 I said ok can I do any earlier she said around 3 I go back in at 355 said still wasnt ready I said well is it going be by 4 she said I really dont know we are really busy

The location was great! The staff was great and accommodating. Very pleased.
Nothing to really complain about. The guests who smoke weed on the first floor was a bit much. You could get high coming off the elevator. Not the hotels fault, just society in general these days.

The bathroom needs some updates. I feel like the room/bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The water didn’t drain well while showering, so my feet stayed covered with dirty water.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tybee! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, easy walking distance of restaurants and shops, and less than 30 minutes from downtown Savannah.
One of my favorite parts of the stay was the complimentary morning beach yoga. It was the perfect way to start the day with the sound of the ocean in the background. My one tip: definitely bring a hat! The morning sun gets strong quickly, and you'll be glad you did.
We also loved how easy it was to explore the area on foot or by bike. The hotel bikes were a great way to ride through the neighborhoods and over to Tybean Coffee, which had the best coffee we had all week. The Surfing Goat was our favorite breakfast spot—we liked it so much we went back multiple times.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again!
I enjoyed that it was convenient walk to the beach.
The rooms were not cleaned properly. It took most our stay to get the smell of weed out. Over heard one of the housekeepers state they get paid $8 a room so that explains why they weren't cleaned good. They are more focused on production vs. Quality. You pay almost 300 a night and no breakfast not even muffins and there is 2 options for breakfast on the actually island. The look out isn't open hasn't been since covid. Everything is outdated and run downed. 3rd floor button in one elevator doesn't work. Mold in rooms , door to balcony doesn't open all the way. Cracks in ceiling. No daily hotel cleaning. Also I wanted to note to keep a check on your bank bc they tried to charge me again after booking already did and it took 2 times of talking with someone on two different day and then 3 days to get my money back that they tried to take.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tybee. Two pools and a splash pad very clean and refreshing. Five minutes walk to little town area. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.
A short drive to Savannah was a plus.
We went to Tybee for our grandson’s wedding. The facility is outstanding. What set it apart, however, were the employees we encountered. Smiles everywhere. The new Splash Pad was beautiful & the 2 pools a pleasant surprise. The reception @ the GrandView was masterfully orchestrated and topped off the celebration perfectly.

Another wonderful stay at Hotel Tybee in Georgia. Plenty to do with 2 outdoor pools, one with a tiki bar. Great addition is their brand new splash pad. It’s not just for children! Make sure you visit Jess at the tiki bar!
Our room had a balcony so we could enjoy the water views, along with dolphin sightings, and watching the barges come in and out. Thanks Latonya for recommending Tybee Salt Spa!
Went to the pool bar and got a great drink called the painkiller, delicious and well made. Music was good, and the bartender, Willis, was very cool and great at his job! I wish I could be a cool bartender like him
Carter, Jess and Will were amazing when we stopped by to ask questions about the hotel. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Tybee next time. What a great group of employees!
