The Construction work.But it's to upgrade the Hotel.It really wasn't an issue
Breakfast was good. Shuttle staff were wonderful.
Availability of ice was limited. Too noisy early in morning because of renovations. Same choices for evening snack for four days. Guest services staff are not all polite.
la bienvenida ha sido terrible !! el portero hasta erupto mientras estaba delante mía , llegué tarde por la noche con un niño y resulta que hice mal la reserva me confundí con las fechas , era para el siguiente mes , tenían habitación libre pero no pudo hacer nada para cambiar la reserva , me trató fatal y no tuvo nada de comprensión , solos interesados al dinero , los clientes son solo números … nunca me devolvieron el dinero de la reserva y no me dieron ni la posibilidad de cambiar las fechas con un mes de antelación decepcionante

Location. But the parking lot is terrible. 50 dollars to park yourself and you almost total your veh getting in and out. Where you have to get out in from only room for 3 to 4 veh husband has to drive around while I am checking in. Valet parking is 80 plus tax so no won’t do valet parking. They are remodeling which that’s fine I had nonproblem. Our toilet you had to pop handle up each time or it ran all the time. Was just not as happy this time.
50 dollars to park yourself. 20 to 25 would be plenty.

Parking was tight but we managed to park and leave our car for the weekend and use the shuttle service.
I've always liked the styles of Embassy suites and the hotel staff at them.
The shower leaked and soaked my clothes on the ground. Had to change plans the next morning as a result. When booking through booking.com I specifically search for hotels with a bar in it, apon arriving the entire middle section was under construction, which was not mentioned whatsoever when booking it. Under normal circumstances the price would be justified, but definitely under the current state, a much cheaper hotel would've been a better experience.
