A perfect overnight spot for us.
Pros:

The hotel was a perfect location with a shuttle down to Broadway. They are somewhat under construction and remodeling however it was still comfortable.

Pros:

Breakfast was super, morning breakfast staff were hard working and friendly. Desk staff were "okay."
We found the sofa bed filthy, reported it, housekeeping agreed, and obtained new rooms immediately!! Their housekeeping rep was friendly and professional!

Cons:

Our original was not clean (sofa bed), and one of the bathrooms had black mold on the ceiling and walls of the shower .
Our reassigned room was clean and pleasant!

Overall we enjoyed our time there and the breakfasts were great.
Pros:

Convenient and close to things. Shuttle was great and our drivers were awesome!

Cons:

Rooms need to be updated. Pull out couch was not comfortable and old.

We were not able to stay at this place when we walked into the lobby to check in. They told us that they had to move us to another hotel 1.6 miles away. We were placed in a hotel with nothing around but a 711 there was nothing around. They did send me an email the morning of, but unfortunately, I didn’t get it because I was traveling, I was very upset. I was very disappointed and I will never stay with the embassy suites again. I’ve booked this place January 1, 2026 4 1/2 months ago and I got an email the day of staying that they had to move us because of current renovations. They didn’t know they had renovations prior to the day we came in?? I heard there was a pharmaceutical convention and I believe what happened as they bumped us out to a cheaper further away hotel so they can get more money for two nights stay than what we charged us originally for our three nights stay.

Enjoyed the breakfast options and the shuttle to downtown was super convenient. Matt was exceptional

Pros:

Loved the proximity to restaurants. Hattie B's was awesome and just across the street. The shuttle service to Broadway and back was a bonus as well.

Cons:

It didn't feel well maintained. Our room had stains on the coach and the lamp was leaning. Staff was friendly once you got them to smile. Bar was lacking in N/A options and closed super earlier. It just felt a little dingy and the parking garage was terrifying....
