Cons:

I letti decisamente troppoo morbidì, il personale della reception poco attento visto che hanno fatto parecchie inesattezze dai pass per la colazione alla mancata pulizia della camera, salvo poi su richiesta cercare di venirci incontro. La colazione varia certo ma chiedo lo yogurt, pur previsto, e non c’era mah.

Night shift ruined it
Pros:

We spend all our money at the hotel.We everything we did.We ate there.We drank there.Everything was wonderful until. We came back from a concert, and the room was kind of not flooded but it the condensation from the ac had leaked, somehow perfusely. Blood spring, just to explain it.We didn't even want to change rooms.But to let someone know, we were hung up on twice.And just the experience with the night shift.Terry brown concierge ruined the entire trip.

Outstanding receptionist
Pros:

Service was outstanding. I would definitely reserve again. The gym was a little too small for me but other than at everything else was great.
