Cons:

Minha experiência foi muito frustrante. As fotos do anúncio parecem ter sido tiradas há mais de 10 anos; a realidade é muito diferente. O quarto apresenta sinais graves de degradação, mobiliário desgastado e uma aparência geral de desleixo e falta de manutenção. Além disso, o quarto é extremamente abafado e a casa de banho estava com um aspecto sujo.
Para completar, o atendimento na receção foi péssimo. Chegamos à noite, cansados após um dia inteiro de viagem, e fomos atendidos por uma funcionária extremamente antipática e com total má vontade, como se estivéssemos a incomodar por estarmos ali. Não recomendo e não voltarei. Inclusive no dia seguinte fizemos o checkout e fomos procurar por outro hotel e a gerência do hotel sequer apresentou nenhuma alternativa.

Very disappointing stay from when I was there years ago for a conference. Steep decline.
Pros:

The breatfast sandwich ordered was pretty good.

Cons:

I didn't like how upon arrival my door began to deteriorate and white dust was all over the floor in my room which got on my socks and clothes. I asked for this to be cleaned and for some reason they sent an engineer who asked me, what do you want me to do? I had to go down to the lobby and ask they send someone to clean. My shade was broken so I had issues with simply looking outside. The elevator seemed like it hadn't been services in years, myself as well as other guest noticed that while using it to get to our various floors. I called room service, and house keeping at one point because I needed towels and other room necessities and no one answered multiple times. I had to call the front desk.

Cons:

The elevator doesn’t work for disabled individuals to get to the pool area. It’s been broken for a while now. I wonder if it will ever be fixed.

Pros:

Dirty, unkept, homeless surround half the hotel . Coffee shop was closed with no reason or when they would open . Rooms were almost as gross as the planters outside the lobby. Staff were rude. I won’t be back. Ever. Even the lady that checked me out was rude. My money is worth so much more than this and I am going to ask my company to remove you as a recommended hotel for corporate travel . Not enough towels, didn’t finish cleaning my room. The list goes on and on and on .

Love this place
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! Nice amenities. Nicest staff. I would really like to experience the outdoor bar but it has rained on all of my trips. Maybe next time.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t care for is the rooms don’t have microwaves in them. There is one on the lobby floor for everyone to use which is ok.
