Breakfast was awesome, glad I saw there was a $15 breakfast credit that wasn’t disclosed by staff and would of been double tipping.
Better service in the bar area. They served the people sitting at the bar (only 3)
There was 8 of us and it took 15 minutes before they came to our table. We were only table in the bar area.
Free upgrade to suite. Not sure why.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very accomodating. They made me and my dog feel special.
Nothing
The entrance lobby area was welcoming and beautiful. The first night we were there they had a complimentary wine tasting, very nice. The Marc restaurant has been remodeled and is beautiful and the staff were all outstanding!
Also, perfect location!
The room we had was not in the old historic building but the new addition to the side of the building. It would have been nice to have been in the old tower part of the building. The room decor is very dark and moody. It’s not bad but if you are going to have moody have some light to brighten it up if needed.
The historic hotel was beautiful and beautiful furnishings.
Excellent location as a base of wine tasting in the Walla Walla area. The hotel lobby itself is full of character and beautifully restored. I believe our room was in the 'new' block, facing the back car park and was significantly bigger than that of other's in our party - it was great! In good condition and very clean. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and for breakfast. Loved the menus, excellent service (wish I could remember our evening server's name - she had some EXCELLENT wine recommendations) and great food. The rooms are incredibly well priced and we'd certainly return the next time we visit the area.
For the size of our room, the bathroom was very small but this is more of an observation than a complaint. For the two of us for a three night stay, it was perfectly suitable. It may be a little cramped for a family with children.
Love it
The house cleaning could be better. The coffee crafter was not clean. It still had leftover coffee in it. The creamer was so old that it looked goo coming out.
Location is great. Bar is great. People are great. Experience was great.
Coffee make is different, but once I figured it out worked ok.
Beautiful historic hotel at an exceptional price!
The comfort and design of the room
Beautiful property with historic elements that they kept original or refurbished. Emma at the front desk was a real joy at check-in, very informative and knowledgeable about the property. You could tell she had a passion for the history of it.
Great experience for a couple traveling with a dog!
Bathroom was a tad small for a big guy and his wife trying to get ready in the morning.
