Cons:

The pool and hot tub was closed for our entire visit and what made it worse was the staff would say we should have it up by such and such time. Then that time would roll around and they would say sorry, now it won’t be open today. That did that every single day we stayed. I think I would have been less aggravated if they would have just said it’s not going to open at all then to give a time frame and nothing. Disappointed because I took my daughter for her 16th birthday with a friend and that was what she wanted to do the most. I chose this hotel since the pool closed at 12:00.

Old but cozy and clean
Pros:

I like how well maintained this old 90's hotel has been kept. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and the ac worked great!

Cons:

The price seemed a bit high considering the age of the place and the 1 elevator was really slow. The breakfast room was closed in and crowded.

Best night sleep I’d had in a long time!
Pros:

The beds were comfortable! I asked Jenelle at the front desk when we checked out what kind of mattresses they use and she said that she would call or text me the model of Tempurpedic mattresses that the company bought but I never heard from her. She was a busy gal!

Liked everything, bed was comfortable, room was cool and clean, tv was great!!

Cons:

The only thing, we loved the breakfast but missed having bacon or sausage, we did have ham.

I'd definitely stay there again when in Branson.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. If you went away hungry it was your own fault.

Poor communication between booking.com and the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel exceeded expectations however booking dot com again dropped the ball. The process was convenient but lacking.

Cons:

We often travel on special occasions and it seems booking doesn't forward notes, comments and special requests to the hotel when making the reservation... even when paid in full. All I asked for was a suprise bouquet of flowers in the room for my wife. This was the second time the hotel had no knowledge of the request. Might be time to start booking direct moving forward.
