Pros:

Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast

Cons:

I was charged for a room to 5 people that I didn’t receive and didn’t get my money back. The bathroom was still relatively dirty. The room itself had a strong odor of wet dog when we checked in

The Lincoln suite was very nice.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that there was human hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. Kinda gross.. and for the price I paid for one night should be spotless.

A Very Accommodating Place To Stay
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptionally good. Every staff member was very friendly. The room was clean and also the breakfast area was very clean.

Cons:

The room we had on the 3 rd floor had a sloping ceiling making it so you had to keep your head down. I would ask for a room not on the 3rd floor the next time.

Pros:

Best Western is a great choice for what it is - a travelers hotel used for a 1 or 2 night stopover. Clean, spacious, good breakfast with a lot of hot and cold options, friendly staff. Would stay again if in the area.

Cons:

I had called earlier in the day to verify I was paying for a room for my niece to be sure there wouldn't be a problem using my credit card. I was assured everything would be fine and there would be no problem. My credit card was on file and the room would be charged to my card. When my niece arrived at 11pm with 2 children she was told she could not stay because she didn't have a card to charge for incidentals. I was told my card would be charge for the room and I told them to use my card for any incidentals. I was told there would not be a problem. Big problem.. 2 kids at 11pm no room...The guy I spoke to was not very nice. Someone at the hotels told me one thing and he told me something totally different. Not good.. never stay there again.. It was always my go to when traveling through Maine.. never again..

Pros:

The hotel was very clean! The staff was very friendly. In the morning we had the FREE breakfast and it was phenomenal. The staff was very attentive with keeping an eye on checking to see if everything was full and that the area was kept very clean.

Cons:

The AC unit in the room didn’t work great. We were there on a very hot day and when we got back to the hotel room the AC didn’t cool down the room at all. However when we got back from the concert that night the room was freezing (I think it just takes a while) also the fan in the bathroom didn’t work so when the 3 of us each took showers it got very muggy and it produced a lot of sweat on the walls.

Highly recommend for travelers to or through Bangor ME.
Pros:

It was apparent the staff/management cared about my experience/comfort. The facility was well maintained and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was superior to others I’ve had elsewhere. Great variety of amenities available. Dog walking path, outdoor pool, exercise room, jacuzzi, shop, etc. Terrific value. Will return.

Cons:

Not a big problem for me, but the volume of the ac unit might be a tad loud for others.
