A truly outrageous experience An absolutely unacceptable experience !!!

I paid €83.90 for a room that was never provided to me. Despite the payment, the establishment refused to give me the room and also demanded a €50 cash deposit. The result: I paid €83.90 and was left to sleep in the hotel lobby ! A totally shameful situation, unworthy of a hotel establishment. To this day, the hotel still refuses to refund the €83.90, even though I never got the room I paid for. Faced with this refusal, my lawyer is now handling the case, and the necessary steps are being taken to recover the money paid and hold this mafia-like business accountable! I strongly advise against this establishment. As for me, I will obviously never set foot there again. Paying for a room and ending up sleeping in the lobby, that is the level of service I received. An experience I would advise absolutely everyone to avoid.
